KCM-Power Split- "Lower Body Workout with Finishers" - 31 min.
Blender- "Total Body Stretch Express"- 16 min.

That's it. Have a great day & upcoming weekend.....which will be "rest weekend" for me. Next week, (except
for Christmas Day) is my "Christmas/Holiday" workouts week! I found some different & fun ones!



ETA: Almost forgot, Nora, great workout yesterday with YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- NEW 25 Min Metcon Cycle, Phoenix Nation - 10 Minute Kettlebell-Jump Rope Skipping Workout for Beginners = 11 Min
Equipment:12 pound DB pair 20 pound KB &1/4 CrossRopes Ropeless Jump Rope
Step Boss - PHA -Timesaver #6 - Lower Body Only = 32 Min
and Ab Hits - Workout #9 - Power Hour = 6 Min That was a long workout session with some good stuff!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home (though I am happy as my weight was down over a pound this morning!!! Yay!!) and did the Boot Camp Cardio Sculpt Taebo Workout on YouTube. It is a killer workout that is 52 minutes long. I started with my weighted gloves on for the bit of cardio at the beginning, when the weight portion came I added 3 pounds dumbbells, oh my!!

I switched to 2 pound dumbbells (still have on the weighted gloves) and by the end it was just the weighted gloves.

It is a nice sweaty workout.

Not sure if I am done but I wanted to make sure I got some type of weights in today and I did.
