Happy Friday ladies - just finished the cardio portion of Hard Strikes. I just not crazy about that one. cant take all the jumping, shuffling hurts the calf area.
I forgot to check in yesterday....I did another full body kettlebell workout using a 20 lbs db. Going this weekend to buy a 20 lb kettlebell.
Thanks for the support ladies...I try to look at my time at work as a holding pad for something great. I'm involved in lots of community activities and local politic-stuff after hours, so I feel like I'm using talents that way.
