Hello ladies:

My DH and I just returned from Door County for 9 days. We had so much fun hiking in the parks, cycling on washington island, and walking while shopping. I was having sooo much fun that my am runs posted some of the best times ever. Well, its back to work today, but not before I get in my am run on the lakefront. Maybe next year...the marathon?

Suzanne - Your 9 day vacation sounds sublime!

Today I am planning on sneaking in one more day of golf since it is supposed to be unseasonably warm and sunny. But I will do a circuit WO first. I did Gauntlet last week with biking on my indoor bike for all cardio it went well. I may repeat it.

Hi Ladies.

I am doing the October rotation but it's getting off to a rocky start due to a death in DH's family. The wake was last night and the funeral is this morning.

I am supposed to do IMAX today. I know I'll have the time later...I just hope I have the strength...funerals are very draining. :(

Last evening: KPC and CTX triceps-wimped out and didn't do my freestyle legs but I am hoping all that kicking counted for at least something.

Tonight: 45 minutes cardio and freestyle legs on schedule.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday I worked abs to: pp/cw/cb/sjp/ph and bc. I think I got in almost 10 planks in all. I also worked shoulders, 3 sets of 15 for all 4 exercises. Even did the lateral raises while taking the dog outside to poop. I hate to be interrupted so the weight just came with me, don't care what anyone thinks. I got a reputation doing the chicken lunges anyhow! LOL!

Judy - Good luck on the golf game. My DH always comes back very frustrated..what a fun time...;-)

Today was supposed to be Imax 3, and I have been imaxed up to "here" in the last rotation. I wanted to do something "fun" for a change, so I did Christi Still Steppin' and Ab hits. Feeling good!

I'm on the October rotation so last night was GS BSB and a VERY LIGHT 2-mile run late at night with a couple other girls. Today will be Imax 3. Haven't done this in awhile. Hope I can make it through!

Well, today I did Triceps off of MIS, and PSCS&T plus abs off of PSSL&A and then for cardio I did the 1st 5 intervals off of IMAX 1. Not too shabby. My back doesn't hurt as bad but it did tighten up on my once during the cardio but I worked through it.:+

Angie and Kali- Enjoy the rotation. IMAX 3 is a challenge.

Kristne- I have done the low impact step/ body sculping dvd and I am thinking about ordering the 4 new workouts not the 2 workouts I have ordered. I would like to have the new low impact step and body sculping workout if it is similar to the LIS/BS dvd and the price of the 3 workouts is the same as the price for all the new workouts.HElp me to justify my purchase. I am a two left feet with the step but these are Cathe's and she is the best.I can't go wrong with her.

Charlotte- A great workout as usual.

Cathy- Enjoy your freestyle workout and the cardio.

Suzanne- It sounds you had a great time.



Yesterday I did Firm it Up of the Slim Series, the shoulder part and the triceps part of the GS workouts. Today I will do Mix it Up of the Slim Series, Turbo Jam, the biceps and chest part of the GS workouts and stationary bike.

Yesterday, I did GS, Chest, triceps, and Tae Bo Ultmate Abs.
This morning I did GS, Back, Shoulders, Biceps and Tae bo Ultimate Butt.

Today for me was supposed to be IM#2, but I didn't get much sleep last night and my energy this morning just wasn't there. So instead I did CTX: AllStep w/u, cardio and stretch and CM: Tough Abs Premix.

Enjoy the rest of the day...it is actually hot in upstate NY today!

Geez, what happened to me lately? I have been missing the checkins. I guess my brain goes elsewhere, or at least to my toddler ;)

I got in a super workout today. Hadn't done anything for a few days. Did 30 min run, half HIIT. 20 min elliptical. Came home and did BC. I feel pretty good now. I just had the need to expend a lot of energy today :)
