I did another Cathy Syphers Cardio Kicks then to the gym for 21 minutes on the stair machine and then 40 minutes of weights.

Now I need to go grocery shopping. Have a great weekend!!!
 
Hi ladies, today I did Sts meso 2 week 3 disc 21 i think, that was back and biceps. Added some additional chin-ups and pull-ups at the end. I wanted to do some yoga at the end but I ran out of time. At this moment I am wondering whether to purchase a weighted vest for meso3, but haven't made up my mind yet. I actually cannot lift that heavy yright now and in any case I have two single bars that work as a rack that I can use to put the barbell onto my shoulders for the squats (provided that I will decide to do the squat rack version of the legs routines). So a lot of questions and very few answers. Would you like to share your thoughts?

Cecififi so sorry to hear you have the flu! It really knocks us out and is so annoying, it just prevents you from doing anything until it is over. Hope you get soon over it.

I haven't been able to work out at all. I am finally on the mend. What a doozy of a flu.

Sandy - how's your body changing with STS?

I will definitely work out tomorrow.
 
Just a long moderate walk at the river park today. There's a dog park there, so it's just fun! I do not have one of my own but love to watch them. lol

Happy Friday all! I have not done all of STS Sandy, so I cannot suggest anything in that regard for you. Just quite impressed by your workouts! :) I do have some individual downloads from STS that I like to do however. My butt looks good with STS 2! lol.
 
Hi. Yesterday (Friday) I finally had a rest day. It feels weird having a rest day although I am sure my body needs it and I had enough other stuff to do involving walking around town running errands.
My rotation had a w/o planned for Friday so it seems I have added w/o's manually to the rotation as there was not a single rest day this week. Perhaps I will do the missed w/o today or tomorrow if I can find time where the room is not in use. It's a full house with the kids this weekend and my gym room is also their game room... At least for two youngest.

Sally - No tips for STS as I have not yet done it. Considering Cathe on Demand as it is super expensive getting Cathe dvd's in Europe and there are so many I still want to try. Besides STS, Low Impact Series looks great and I have always wanted to try X10 and Crossfire. My main Cathe DVDs are the series Xtrain, RWH, ICE, Rockout knockout and rocki step party 2 seeing I only discovered Cathe a couple of years ago. Before I was more into TurboFire and Jillian Michaels. Now JM just doesn't have Cathe's fun factor so out of the last 5 JM I got, I have only tried 1.
I need to try the others... And not even consider BodyShred but, it can be so tempting to just collect them all esp when I read reviews. Hammer & Chissel also looks interesting and so does Metashred. Unfortunately not enough time nor money to get them all.

Ceci - I hope you have now fully recovered from the flu and can start again. Just be careful... Flu can really set you back.
