Daily Check-In - Apr. 26/06

Well, I made it through 2 days of workouts feeling really good, then got more bad news yesterday and today's workout started out well then it kinda peetered out. I did 20 min. of taebo with weighted gloves and ankle weights then did 5 min. of my own abs. At least it was something.

Sigh, I am soooo depressed!!! Please pray that nothing else happens, we really can't handle much more around here. Thanks.
 
Hi all,

Didn't make it to the computer yesterday, so here's what I did: 10-10-10; CM#3; TBS#3

Today I did: SJP Step & Weights Circuit; Push Pull upper body.

We "closed" the deal on the house yesterday. We get possession of it next Wednesday, and move in on Saturday. I can't wait to workout in my new rec room!

Annette... I'm so sorry you are having such a rough time right now. You are in my thoughts.

Congrats Sandra on the new house!!

Well thanks to a kick in the pants from a good friend (thanks Becky!!), I did IMAX2 intervals 1-5 and PLB minus the floor work. My lower back started hurting on the squats/plie squats and into the dead lifts so I finished those and did calves and went into the stretch. I did the TimeSaver on Monday but other than that, it has been two weeks since my last formal workout since I was on vacation then trying to recover from my vacation and jet lag!!

I feel soooo much better!!! I am going to grab a snack and do All Step abs and call it a good day. I go back to work tomorrow after being off two weeks and, you know, I am actually looking forward to getting back in a routine. I need structure!!!
 
Hi everyone. Checkin' in later than usual today as I wasn't sure if I was going to work out or not due to some serious sleep deprivation! LOL

Well, I got it done.

The rotation called for MM l/b premix + GS legs floor. This I did not do because I couldn't wait for DS to nap to start or I would have collapsed! LOL

I ended up high-tailing it to the gym right after breakfast and worked the L/B machines and then hopped on the treadmill. I ran for a mile and walked for another. I am still considering do GS legs floor today if I can find the time and energy...we'll see what happens.:)

Annette, you remain in my prayers. I really hope things start picking up for you and your family.

Late post today. I still haven't worked out yet, but I will within the next 15 minutes. Today is the shoulders portion of S&H Legs and Shoulders, followed by S&H Triceps and Biceps.

Teddygirl, how's your sister? I hope she's feeling better. Mine is not feeling too well. Her blood pressure is up, she's feeling weak, her head is aching, and her joints hurt. She's hoping it's just a reaction to the stronger blood pressure medicine she just started taking.
