The only thing missing from that pyramid premix is inner thigh work and I need that badly! I should have added some in on my own yesterday but I forgot. x(

I got to run here, I have to go to a meeting this morning. I am feeling great because I got me a good workout. P90X Back, biceps & HCE #3. I am covered with sweat, but I am feeling very accomplished.

Hi Sandra,

Phillip Gray is a good low to mixed impact step instructor who is alot of fun. His choreography borders on the complex, but is not as difficult as Christi Taylor. The videos I have are Step to Be Fit and Step and Hi/lo Revolution (?) workouts, both done by CIA. Maybe you can find him at the collage video website to get more info. I think he can be a nice change from Cathe or Christi, and you get a good cardio workout. His style reminds me slightly of Cathe in the sense that it is more athletic and less dancy, but you can intensify his tapes if you want to, also. I hope this helps!:)
 
Hi all, I did IMAX 1 the first 5 intervals plus cooldown and stretch and did abs off of MIS. Me thinks me took another shower or bath in my own sweat during this workout,LOL!!:eek: It was bad but relief from the heat is in site for Thursday!:D Hopefully I won't pay later for actually doing a step tape. The last time I did step which was only the bit on 10-10-10 I was a hurtin puppy for days. I seriously think my stepping days are coming to a fast end.sigh.;(

Morning ladies. Today was SB. I have converted my boss to a Cathe person! She just ordered her first High Step and I am lending her ME and BC (although I am suffering from separation anxiety. How sad is that?:p ) I told her I HAVE to have it back by next week though since BC is in my rotation next week. She is a beginner, so I warned her that these are EXTREMELY intense workouts, but she wants to try them anyway.

Sandra - Thanks for the nice words about the weight loss. I am thrilled. I have a "skinny" skirt that I am wearing today for the first time in probably 7 months. It fits perfect and I am in a great mood today because of it!

Ok yesterday all I got done was shoulders back and bi's as I wasn't feeling well. I hate when I miss doing cardio but I just didn't feel up to it. I am hoping to do get my cardio workout in today and a lower body workout and some abs. We will see. Of course I woke up this morning still weak and now feel fat too. I know you don't get fat from missing one cardio workout but I still feel that way! I am on a pity party today so please excuse me.

Sandra, you did quite a good workout yourself...and are you kidding?...I'd love to visit where you can wear jackets at night!!! The World Masters Games sound fun to watch. How did your DH do in the cycling? A half would surely be fun....:)....Carole
 
Yesterday was kpc intermiediate and MM chest. Well it seems that routine is over and I have finally decided not to be stubborn anymore. Ha! No seriously my foot started bothering me and I know what I'm doing is wrong. I am just getting so bored even though I can lift weights. I know I whine often. But I just can't help it!!

The foot doctor called me saying how they screwed up how much I owe them. I paid $40 too much. Well that was the good news. She proceeded to ask me why I had'nt come back after my first visit. I kinda stumbled around that answer. She finally told me I was diagnosed with achilles tendonitis, planter fasciilis, and some other weird name. Will I knew pretty much that I had achilles tendonitis, and I had plantar fasciilis 4 years ago in the same foot. But that went away in two weeks.

I'm sorry to lay all of my pitiful drama on all of you again. I know I can't do cardio, but something inside me makes me do it. And I can't stand going back to a doctor and drilling that in me even more. I think I am scared.

I know I can vent to you great ladies. Oh, GSBSB and tough core premix is on the agenda today. Even though I was starting to love the MIsh Mosh from A-Jock

Kim I am so sorry about your issue! It made me feel bad about my whinig over feeling a bit under the weather. Hope all gets better with you soon. I would hate not to be able to do cardio for an extended period and I feel for you.

I'm back.

I did the kpc cardio conditioning premix and then the floor work premix from l&g. HRM says I burned 274 cals during the cardio. Not bad considering I don't start the hrm until after the w/u and stop it before the cool down! Average hr 131 High hr 169

This week my friend is coming over to help me print out invitations on my computer for Joey's baptism. I wish I could invite you all! :+ I think the head count would get a little outta hand though, huh? LOL }( :7 }(

Well I decided on my steady state cardio w/o. The 44 minute step combo only premix on LowMax. I love that w/o. You know, I'd better be careful, doing these premixes WITHOUT the blasts can be awfully tempting!!
 
I did GS BSB today and haven't done the tough core premix. I don't know why I put off those abs. Definitely have to do them when my company leaves that we are having for dinner. It's only my brothers, they're not company!


Terri, I do hope you get to feeling better. I know what you mean, I know I feel like I'm getting fat when not doing cardio. It plays tricks with your mind. I think that's why I start doing cardio when I shouldn't.

Jane- Haven't ask too much about how your caffeine deal is going. It sounds like your wrists are doing better. I'm glad all is well!
 
Everything is going well Kim, thanks for asking. I am on prednisone for my RA now so that is keeping the inflammation down. I go on a new medication next week, Humira, which is another injectable like Enbrel. I kinda of liked not having to give myself a shot since I was taken off the Enbrel. I just I'll have to get use to it again.

All in all, I'm doing okay. Thanks for asking.
 
I had every intention of getting here earlier today, but it just didn't happen.

Today I did PH and was a bit of a hurtin' unit. Can't wait to see what tomorrow feels like.
