Hello everyone. I'll get us started today. I did Cathe Live #109 Hooked on legs. Very nice indeed. I can feel parts of me craving activity so I try to do a workout in that direction. I hope everyone is doing well, feeling better. Elsie I really hope you find some clarification on your medical issues. Not knowing is the scary part. Have a wonderful day.
 
Hi Peg, and all who follow,

Today I did KCM Boxing Combos premix which is 32 minutes, then I went On Demand and found a different kick box workout while trying to find the one I had done before.

While searching I found another one but after 10 minutes I didn't like it so I went back to searching and found the other workout under Crunch workouts so I did 28 minutes of this kickboxing workout.

Now I am done.

Hi ladies,

Unfortunately I do not have much more energy than yesterday. At first, before dinner I thought okay I am less tired, then during dinner exhaustion set in.

While reading with my son before his bedtime I fell asleep. Bliss! Then I got up and thanks to Peg's reminder dug out a Tracey Mallett dvd I hadn't done in a while. Not a dancey one though. It was Booty Barre - Total new body. I set it to play all but was seriously doubting my choice already during the warm up. I managed to do the first 30min and then stopped and took a shower.

Perhaps this will be a week of only step choreo or simple dance Workouts until I get some more energy.

Today, I did Jari Love GR 1000 Interval 1 which always challenges me & just added on some frog pull ins on ball.
 
Thanks for the concerns and lovely words yesterday & today. It means so much.
It is concerning and I hope to get things figured out and live with whatever happens. Living with an autoimmune condition has had it challenges. I think I will be able to take anything else on as well!!
I do wish trying to see family physicians, specialists etc. here in British Columbia wasn't so tough. I haven't had a family doctor in almost 8 years. I was seeing a nurse practitioner (whom I thought was excellent!!), but she has now moved her practice.

As you may have gathered if you have been reading this thread, we do the daily check-in regarding our workouts and on top of that we have all become friends, despite never having met, sharing ups & downs and anything we want to.
