This morning I did KM w/u, combos 1-4; PLB standing legs; CTX shoulders and LL stretch.
Wendy - if you're feeling ready to workout, what's stopping you? Surely if you've got the energy and the motivation, you could do something light? Glad to see the weight is coming off so quickly!

Carole - there was an article in our national newspaper today about a 30 year old man who just broke the world's record for *skipping* (jump rope) a marathon in the fastest time. His time was just over 4 hours. I bet you can beat him. Wanna try?
This guy has also run marathons barefoot. I'm betting he's single.
