Hi good morning. I am the first today. Yesterday I did TAEBO ultimate,a TAEBO basic live workout, the challenge of KM , the power drills of CK and the quick fix cardio of Janis Saffell. Today I will do a TAEBO fat blasting workout,the floor work of PLB and the first segment of CM. I ate a healthy breakfast today: a yogurt, cereals and a banana all mixed and my cofee. BootCamp for me today! I like this workout more each time I do it.

I don't want to go back to work today - I loved having a long weekend! My next long weekend will be the Cathe Roadtrip. WooHoo!

Hello and good morning:

TOday will be IMAX3 that I didnt do yesterday followed by 1 hour on the elliptical. I also want to try to get in a segment of CoreMax.

Tomorrow we are off to Victoria BC for 3 monhths and I like to workout hard the day before I leave so I can use the travel day as a rest day.

Yesterday I did back/bis/tris and lots of core work. I really went heavy with the weights and I feel really great today. SOme DOMS mostly in the biceps. My triceps even when worked to failure with pushups, extensions and kickbacks never get sore the next day. I cant figure it out. ANyway, my husband mentioned last night that my back is getting quite muscular and cut. I never noticed before because I cant see back there. Now if my abdomen and a$$ would take notes and follow that would be great. But they seem to have a quite different plan.

I will check-in on thursday since tomorrow is a long travel day,

I feel wonderful this morning, besides I am back to work, but I have had a fantastic 3-day weekend and got some great workouts done :) :) :) .

Friday - PUB
Saturday - PLB, 1 Segment of Ab Hits and 20 min run on the treadmill
Sunday - SB
Monday - Bodymax }(

Today I will do a 30-40 min jog on the treadmill when I come home from work.

I hope that everybody else has a great workout or rest day

Morning Everyone,

Had a fun weekend with my family, now it is back to my work outs. }( Played softball and kickball with my nieces and nephews. My brother was putting some monkey bars up for the kids to play on. Yes, I couldn't resist, I attempted a pull-up. And for my first try, I didn't do to bad. I actually did one!

I became an Aunt again on Firday, and this makes niece number 11. I'm not sure how to spell her name, but it is McKenna. 8lbs 2oz. Wasn't given the length. But, Mom and baby are doing fine.

Today I will be doing yesterdays work out. All Step (cardio only), a run, and PLB. I will also be playing volleyball. My DH's SIL needed someone to play. Good think I love volleyball. :)

Good Morning Fit Women,

Boy, am I getting a late start here! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Today is Legs/Glutes/Calves and Abs from KPC and running for 30-40 mins or until I see another snake in the road. Geez, I see one on Saturday and then again on Sunday. Both black snakes though. I am going to continue with running every day or every other day. I will let my knees tell me how much to do, but I do want to get my body fat down and running will sure do it!

Good Morning Everyone!!

Boy you are all dedicated. On long weekends, and holidays I have a hard time fitting in workouts......I sleep a little later and then everyone is up and I don't take the time.
I did go for a long walk with DH yesterday, but that was about it for fitness!! Today it's back to business and I did PUB and Timesaver #1 , step only. It felt great! I'm having a protein smoothie now and it's off to the showers!

Charlotte, do you have a leg extension machine? They are great for strengthening all the area surrounding your knees. Kinda like the standing leg extensions Cathe does in L&G..

I am doing my freestyle legwork, abs, 6 mile run and MM Upper Body as I didn't get in any Upper body work yesterday. Might even get some...http://bestsmileys.com/undersun/6.gif[/img]

Hi everyone,

You all make me look lazy :)

Yesterday was a leg day. I only did S&H Legs, substituting all lunges with leg presses and dead lifts, and added on MM legs only premix.

Then I went to my first aid refresher course (is that what you would call it?). I knew I'd be on my knees practically all day rescusitating (sp??) and diagnosing and dressing awful wounds so I didn't want to overdo it on the legs. The first terrible wound they came in with totally got me sick to my stomach, but after that I was used to it. Funny me getting sick, cause they're all mock wounds. It's not real but it sure looks real. We also had a group of people in a physical fight that we had to break apart and diagnose and treat and if necessary call the ambulance. It's fun though.

Anyways, being on my knees most of Monday, my knees were very tender this morning. So I skipped my shortest run of the week and didn't do low max too. Just thought I'd give it a rest. I will do one of my new Yogazone workouts later today.

Good morning everyone! Oh it was so nice to get back to my workouts! I couldn't work out at ALL over the weekend - I was visiting my in-laws and there was just not much I could do for physical activity. Although I did plenty of gardening. And plenty of unclean eating.

So this morning I got back into my groove with Bootcamp. I could tell I had not been eating well, as it was much more difficult for me to get through. Could also be that it's TTOM. Anyway, I just hope I can get back to my normal self soon.

Last night I did LM. It kicked my butt - likely because I ate SO MUCH yesterday, and lots of it was none too clean. I had to force myself to work out.

Today I plan to do the Bootcamp/ME bonus premix.

This morning I did KM w/u, combos 1-4; PLB standing legs; CTX shoulders and LL stretch.

Wendy - if you're feeling ready to workout, what's stopping you? Surely if you've got the energy and the motivation, you could do something light? Glad to see the weight is coming off so quickly!

Terri - definitely better safe than sorry! Thanks for sharing your adventure!

Suzanne - Yay! Holiday time! Enjoy your last day at the lab!

Logos - Happy belated birthday!! I hope I can still find the Terminator DVD doable when I'm 44!

Shelley - Those dynamic thighs are a trial, aren't they? In the last blast, when Cathe keeps telling us to "tap and kick", I swear sometimes she says "slap and tickle". :D

Carole - there was an article in our national newspaper today about a 30 year old man who just broke the world's record for *skipping* (jump rope) a marathon in the fastest time. His time was just over 4 hours. I bet you can beat him. Wanna try? :) This guy has also run marathons barefoot. I'm betting he's single.

Dutchie - That was a *light* leg day?? LOL! You are beyond impressive! How are you enjoying your new Yogazones?

Morning Ladies,

Yesterday I did get lowmax done and abs. I never got to the weight work out due to my palm pilot crashed and I spent the rest of my day off getting all the info put back in and being mad at myself for not having backed it up to my laptop when I switched to a mac a month or so ago. :( Thin info is vital to my business so you can imagine how mad I was!

Anyway I will do a jog today then later do a full body weight workout. Tonight I will add plb fom fittv. I will also do some ab work. That should put me back on track.

Shelley I see you did lowmax yesterday as well. I too find that one easier or harder depending on what I hate or how much I have slept etc. It is fun though!

Hope everyone is doing well with the reality of being back to work! It's the only bad part of having 3 days off.

hey all! another BC day here! we are all suffering through this one together huh? i am doing circuits all freakin week to see if i lose a pound or two.......and on Sat or Sund, i am going to jog again. i decided due to my knees long protest, that it wold be better to do it later in the week so the soreness doesn't affect all my workouts for the week.

I missed you all!! I'm back from the weekend - had a great time. Unfortunately did not workout at all and I snacked more than usual but I refrained a few times which I'm proud of. I'm back to working out tonight - Low Max and lower body is on the agenda tonight. Can't wait. I missed working out and my body is telling me so.

Wow, this is a very motivational thread! All of you ROCK, such awesome and creative workouts!

Yesterday I ran out of time to do my short cardio after L&G. I'm disappointed in myself. However at the same time, I feel like I used my time wisely. My mom and stepdad had a Memorial Day bbq, and I got to spend alot of nice quality time with my middle sister. Her boyfriend asked her to marry him over the weekend!! :D So, we had lots to talk about and really enjoyed our time together. We don't get to spend much time together anymore.

Today is Kathy Smith Kickboxing + the AB section. I haven't done kickboxing in quite awhile, so I'm sure this will have me sweating buckets. ;)

Beautiful day here in Jersey...going to take a walk with Joey in a bit. Just want to finish up the load of laundry I am doing and get Joey fed again before we leave.

Laurie--Congrats on becoming an Aunt again!!!

Sandra--Docs orders-no exercise but walking for 4-6 weeks post delivery. :-( I may start walking after DH gets home from work until I can start hittin' Cathe again. I'll also be taking Joey for walks starting today...

Hi all, first off WE PASSED!!! our open wall inspection on our addition so now we can DRYWALL!!!! YEA!! for us!! I am sooo happy and we are NOT doing the drywall ourselves which is another BIG PLUS!!!:7 I really had no desire to drywall.:(

Anyway for exercise I did PUB & PS triceps then did MIS abs and for cardio I did IMAX 1 warm up then did the step only portion off of MIC. It was a nice workout and my feet did alot better with not fatiguing!!:D :) I have DOMS in my biceps from yesterday!!:+ But it feels good since normally I don't get DOMS with biceps.:D
