Yesterday I did the only upper body premix (42 minutes) and the core segment of Muscle Max, TJ cardio party 1, TJ ab jam and 90 minutes in my stationary bike. Today I will do Shape it Up of the Slim Series, TAEBO advanced live nº 8, TJ cardio party nº 1, TJ 20 minutes workout and the core premix of bootcamp. Have a great Sunday everyone.
