Hi good morning everyone, I am the first today. Yesterday I did the only upper body premix (42 minutes) and the core segment of Muscle Max, TJ cardio party 1, TJ ab jam and 90 minutes in my stationary bike. Today I will do Shape it Up of the Slim Series, TAEBO advanced live nº 8, TJ cardio party nº 1, TJ 20 minutes workout and the core premix of bootcamp. Have a great Sunday everyone.

Mariangeles: Two super long workouts for you again.

Yesterday: CardioKicks. CleanMax and lots of errands yesterday.

Today: GymStyle Chest, GymStyle (legs-standing ) and GymStyle Back. Finish cleaning and off to work for several hours this afternoon.

Hello, Ladies!

Yesterday was ME 2x's. Today is a rest day. I will be outside working on the yard. We are also going to be finishing up remodeling the kitchen. My mom is taking my boys, and DH is cooking for me tonight! He is making stuffed bell peppers. He stuffs them with trigger fish and salsa and rotel tomatoes. It is so good! I think that is why I married the man! He sure can cook!

Hi good morning Cathy,Carla and everyone who post later. Shape it Up (78:49 minutes)is done.I always underestimate Debbie Siebers.Shape it Up is a long workout. I am sore now. I will skip the TAEBO workout.

Happy Sunday Morning Ladies!

I am doing all of SJP this morning for the first time. Then I'm going to give cardio/freestyle (with Cathe w/o's) a go for Nov. and Dec. I had a lot of success with freestyle when I tried it during the summer, but didn't give it long enough. So I figure this is a good time to commit to it.

Mariangeles, enjoy ALL those w/o's.

Cathy, those GS's are awesome w/o's.

Carla, I think you deserve a REST DAY after MEx2 yesterday! Oh my goodness! I'm lucky if I can get thru it once! LOL!

Hello ladies,

Yesterday I took off and today I have a leg workout that I was supposed to of done friday and saturday.

Today: L&G (ankle weight portions standing and floor),GSlegs (band work floor only),KPC (inner thigh squeezes and outer thigh lifts with ball).

Hope I'm still standing with this one!

Wow! It is quiet in here today. I just finished doing my LG,GSlegs, and KPC leg work. It was a killer workout!}( Trust me when I say that my legs were shake and bake! I kind of like this workout, it was good variety.:)

Hello everybody... It's been an on and off week for me, first with my RA flaring earlier in the week and then DH throwing his back out Friday evening and winding up in the ER with him until 11 p.m., then having to get up at 5 Saturday morning and go to work. I didn't work out Friday or Saturday. I was so tired when I got off work yesterday, I just collapsed on the bed and then went to bed around 7.

I worked today but finally got in a workout after I got off. I did HCXtreme #1 Interval and Circuit w/o.
