Where is everyone! Hope everyone is having a great morning. Today was IMAX 3. What a kick in the behind!

Sandra - Thanks for your suggestions on the HCE substitutions. I think I'm going to try the SJP/SB premix you mentioned to replace HCE #1 tomorrow. Woo Hoo!!!

Going out tonight for a nice dinner with DH. DD is staying with the Grandparents, so we have the entire night to ourselves. Then tomorrow we are going out to look for a new home! Fun weekend for me!!!:7

Well I wimped out on Body Max yesterday and powerwalked instead. :7
The weather is mild here and I couldn't resist.
So I will do it now and powerwalk later and hopefully get out on our Harley!!! YAY! :7

Don't know what'll happen tomorrow - have a wedding to attend, so I may not be able to fit in a full workout. Everyone have a great weekend!!

Today is ctx power circuit in full which should cover me for cardio, u/b and abs and then it's gs legs floor work.

Carole, wow, it's supposed to reach 60 here today and you are expecting a little snow? That's sooo cool! :p LOL

Carole, 28 degrees?!!!! Brrrrr, I'm freezing when we get down in the 60s. I don't know how you handle the cold. :)

Today is a rest day on the rotation, but I'm curious about Cardio Coach volume 2. If I lose this sinus headache, I may try it out. I enjoyed yesterday's volume 4.

Rest day for me, as Pamela said. I enjoyed my extra 90 minutes of sleep!

Katie - GREAT job on doing IMAX3 this morning! Tell me how you like the premix tomorrow; I've never done either one of those before. And have a lot of fun house shopping!

Carole - how often do you guys get snow?

Wendy - I really like Power Circuit. It flies by. Have a great time.

Shelley - glad to see you're still alive! I wondered about you yesterday. I don't expect to see a post from you tomorrow, or for about three days after that - you probably won't be able to lift your arms to type!!

Pamela - you're very ambitious to do a cardio on your rest day! :) I'll be going grocery shopping tonight after supper, and that always gives me a workout: lots of walking, lifting, carrying, bending. HSTA is up for tomorrow. I really like that workout, do you?

Sandra enjoy your rest day! Mine is tomorrow. Not scheduled, but I have work 9-5 and will not have it in me to do Step Works.

Good luck with that marathon Shelley! If I didn't have work I'd join you. Imax3 huh? Don't have that one and don't want it! LOL.

Yes Wendy I did it. It was not as hard as I thought I remembered. Like Shelley said the length of it is what's dreadful I think. But I'm done and feel great. Have fun with your workout!

Hi all,

I did PUB warm up, triceps and Biceps and then did MIS and BM's ab work. Nice weight workout.

For me not caring about my weight I am down 1.5 pounds this morning so maybe not paying real attention to my eating is working for me.

My work out is complete!:7

Kali posted a few days ago that she tends to do her leg work out prior to cardio. I have always done it opposite but today I tried it her way! WOW! Doing that pre-exhausted the ol' thighs and made the cardio much more of a challenge for the legs! Thanks for the suggestion, Kali!}( :+ }(

I forgot that power circuit is all weighted leg work in between the cardio segments at the end!:eek: I got a lot more leg work than intended but GS was all non-weight floor and I only used 8# DB's for PC so I'm fried but it's all good!;)

Time for a shower!:)
 
Pamela...28 is about as cold as we get here. I will say my legs didn't really want to play in my run today. I was trying to do some intervals....http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/f/spinface.gif[/img]..To me it is alot harder to run when it is wet and cold. The cold alone isn't quite as bad. And to answer your question from a few days ago. My new shoes are GREAT!!!!

Sandra...we might get snow once or twice a year, but it really isn't alot and might stay on the ground a day or so. We did have a nasty snoe storm in Dec of 2003, and many trees broke all over. It was quite a mess. That might happen like once every 5 years. Some of my pictures on Picture trail are of that storm..

We didn't get much snow today, alot of hail though. There is a possibility for snow tomorrow and Sunday so we will see.
