Hi good morning, today is stretch P90x.Today I finish the first week of the second phase. Have a great weekend everybody.

Good morning Mariangeles and all that follow.

Yesterday was rest day and I didn't get in my stretch because of running around all day and not getting home until 8 last night. I was so exhausted from waking up at 3:30, I didn't even attempt StretchMax.

Today is my interval w/o on my rotation. Haven't decided on what I'll plug in there but I'm thinking IMAX2 might be nice. There is an interval w/o on Hardcore Extreme, I'm think about that too.

I'm supposed to do PS Legs today but I don't have it so I'm going to do SH L&S's. I'm doing the Aug.04 rotation but don't have all the w/o's so I'm subbing some.
Is KPC ok to sub for CTX Kickbox?
If anyone knows I'd appreciate it.

Yesterday was my rest day, although I ended up painting and doing yard work all day on a house I'm prepping to sell. And here in Florida I swear its 200 degrees!

Today I plan on doing SuperSets.

Good morning ladies,

Yesterday was ab marathon consisting of kpc, me,pub. Boy that was tough! I had to take a break before I did the last video. Did not get around to a sretch. Today will be MIS upperbody and abs only. Possible KM leg drills. Haven't done MIS in forever!

Jane-I know you had a great time on your B-day. Hey! Did you like my singing? He!He! My singing is a little rusty.

Cathy- Powermax is awesome! It has always been a very fun workout. Love that funky music!

kali- I subbed kpc for ctxkickbox once on that rotation. I like kpc better anyway.

Good Morning All: I've been away from the boards for a few days. Boy you miss A LOT in a few days!!:)

I did SH tris and bis a few days ago and my arms are still ringing. Gardening gave them a good challenge too. I'm planting some bushes and discovering that there's more rocks than dirt beneath my grassx( . I felt like Fred Flinstone yesterday hauling rocks around:+

Today will be one hour of cardio. I'm not sure what yet, I like Jane's idea of IMAX Xtreme.

Kali, 'enjoy'}( ;) SH legs. PS legs is a very good leg workout too, I don't use the series regularly but I think it's a valuable part of my collection.

You will LOVE PowerMax. It is the most fun workout. The time flies by. The music really powers you and the workout. Quite funky.

Great workouts today....mine will have to wait til later. I am taking my DH in for minor surgery today. He is a nervous wreck!...x(...I am hopeful things will go smoothly...I'll check back later and update you..

Sandra...yes, my DH and I have talked about visiting Canada one day! Do they have any trail runs there???..:)

Good Morning eveyrone.

I was supposed to participate in Bootcamp Thursday, but I was knocked out on Nightquil...battling a summer cold. I've been feeling crappy all week, but I though it was pre-PMS and the heat.

Kickmax was on my scheule for today, but looks like I'll have to skip it too. I'm so dehydrated, that it feels like someone has poured a cup of sand down my throat. Ughhhhh. x(
 
Morning ladies... it's FRIDAY!!! This morning I did Low Max. Anyone happen to know how many calories this workout burns off??? I have to get in the shower. I'm sweating all over the keyboard.:7
