Hi good morning. yesterday I did legs and back, ab ripper and cardio P90X. I added 30 minutes in my stationary bike. Today is Kenpo X and the punching and kicking premix of KPC.Have a great day everybody.

Good morning Mariangeles. Boy you are posting early (for our time anyway!) It is 4:15 a.m. here. I'm off today and, of course, you know I'd wake up at 3:30 a.m.!!x(

Yesterday was BodyMax, great workout once I got my butt in gear.

Today is rest day. That means a StretchMax today.

The weather finally broke following some pretty serious thunderstorms and perhaps it will be easier to work out with somewhat lower temps and humidity

Cathy- were your thunderstorm magnificint? Ours were, only thingwas I had to be driving at their peak.

This morning I got up at 5:30 and did Bootcamp!!!!! WOO HOOOOO:p :eek:
Later it's mowmax and packmax........we leave tomorrow for Hilton Head! Bootcamp was the perfect "send off" ~! :)

Good morning early risers,

Yesterday was GSCT and Pure strength floor legs (done twice). Yes my legs are weak, cause I had to take my ankle weights off half way.Such a weakling!

Today will be what cathe calls a ab marathon. I haven't chose what three videos I will do yet. I will probably do a stretch max also.

Jane you do wake up early girl. It is 6:40 here and it is early for me. Darnit! I can't sleep!

Jane-Glad you liked BodyMax. I did it once w/o the circuits but found the step choreography rather frustrating. Did you find it to be tricky at all?

Cathy-The humidity seems to have broken here in NJ as well.

Today is cardio for me. Depending on how my legs feel, I am thinking Low Max. I have never done it in it's entirety before so I will give it a shot today if that's what I end up doing...

For some reason, I found the choreography very easy on this w/o. It wasn't "easy" as far as endurance because it was a very fast-paced w/o that kept my heart rate up but I wasn't stumbling around or winding up on the wrong side of the step like I do with other w/o's, i.e., Rhythmic Step or Christi Taylor's Step Heaven!!

Becky - Have a great trip. Can I ask what area you are staying in? We are planning on going next year, and I have been looking at a condo in Beach Cove in Palmetto Dunes, but there seems to be alot of options, some advice would be so appreciated.

Wendy - Did Lowmax today. That one creeps up on me. I get through the first 3 or 4 intervals and I am thinking " this isn't so bad..." and then WHAMMO, the sweat just pours off by the end. I also use the 8 inch height as well. Have a great sweatfest!

As mentioned above, today was LM and ab hits. Have a great day!

My goodness, you all get going early. Of course, I got up, got ready, and drove an hour to work and here I am. Wish I could have stayed home.

Yesterday was grocery shopping. Ugh. Took up all my extra time. Today will be Legs and Glutes, but I wish it was a cardio day. I have to remind myself to stay on the schedule!!!!

Yes, the heat broke here (Arkansas) as well. Last night was wonderful, weather-wise. Wonder how long it'll stick around?

Sandra...I think your DH did good for only his 3rd time!! I know the feeling though when those 65-70 yr olds beat you...But yes when you think about it, VERY inspiring!! And a 96 yr old swimming...WOW, that is so cool..Maybe I'll be one of those 65 year olds one day..:)...I do think it would be nice to visit Edmonton and meet your family, this year isn't good but I will think about it...:)

Cathy...our humidity has benn a bit high for Cal, but this week has been alot better. Definitely improves my workouts!

Debbie...wow...sounds like a tough workout. I have probably done parts of PP much more since getting the DVD and using the premixes!!

Kim...I used to do that ab marathon alot...I think I did PLB, ME and KPC...

Morning Everyone,

Today will be the Legs and Glutes Extreme premix and a segment of stretchmax. First time that I am trying this one. Last night we lost another softball game. I don't think we are on the bottom of the standings, but pretty close.

You will love Hilton Head and I think it's safe to say I don't think there are any BAD areas there.
We stay at a condo in South Forest Beach. It's beautiful and well maintained. I think where you are talking about is only 3 to 5 miles North of where we are.
Sea Pines is of course a resort area, very expensive but gorgeous.
About an hours drive away (or you can take a boat cruise) is Savannah, Georgia and we always go there too. We go to River Street (tons of shops and places to eat right on the river) and also Market Square (a place where you can walk around, take carriage or bus tours thru the historic parts of Savannah, eat, etc) Also we eat at a place called The Crab Shack (they have a website www.crabshack.com) on Tybee Island. That resteraunt was featured on The Food Network. In Savannah this year, we plan to eat at Paula Dean's resterant, The Ladies and Sons.
This is only our second year going there, and we LOVE it and hope to keep going for many more years. If you have any questions, just ask and I'll try to answer you.
Now, I gotta go pack!!!:D
