Hi good morning, Today is KPC and TAEBO. Yesterday I did TAEBO get ripped nº 1, one TAEBO live basic workout and the Michael Olajide killer abs and back.As usual I was very happy after my workout. I love exercise. Have a great day everybody.

Last evening: Gauntlet and NY Ballet Stretch

Today: Shoulder work (PUB plus Gym Style) then I'm taking off to visit my Mom and my sister and her family. Be back tomorrow afternoon.

This morning was Kickmax and PUB Abs.

Yesterday I had done Cardio & Weights. Hadn't done that one in a while and forgot how much fun that one is.

I am doing my freestyle legwork, abs and ME upper body..then some kind of Kickboxing....

Morning everyone!

I got a 4 mile run in this morning. Why don't kids sleep in on the weekend? My DD never wants to get up during the week for school for school, but on the weekend, she's up before 7!x(

Busy day ahead. I plan to do a segment of Coremax later. The one with the levitation holds!

Last night I did ME. I love that workout:D
 
Good morning!

TOday is GS: Chest and Shoulders. I know its a weird combo, but I LOVE working my shoulders and I like to do them after doing Chest. ALso, I will go to the gym and do the elliptical for an hour or more. I need to get out of the lab and given it is the holiday weekend; it should be uncrowded. It was like a mass exodus out of chicago yesterday on the highways and streets. Reminded me of MIB.

I did CM#1 yesterday. I can now do the levitation holds and get my feet off the ground. I am not sure if this is because I figured out where to put my hands or from gaining upper body strength. But either way I can do them now. YES, GO ME.

Hi all, I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit this morning, and for us it was the dog who woke us up,for once the kids slept in,sigh. Can't win no matter how hard we try.:+ :eek: :-(

Good morning,

Today I did SJP Step-only premix, followed by PUB and BS stability ball abs. Terrific workout! It was one of those days when I woke up with great energy, and was able to just fly through the workout. I like days like those! Now if only I could figure out why.....

I actually woke up at 4am this morning, and had to force myself to stay in bed until the alarm went off at 5:30. Our daylight hours are getting very long here, and I think that might be making it difficult for me to sleep very late. The room was already starting to lighten up by 4am. DH was even out of bed at 6am, and DD followed a few minutes later. It's now 8am, and she's outside on her bike because it looks like high noon.

Cathy - have a good visit with the family! Sounds like fun!

Carole, Laurie Mac, Tammy - great workouts! CW is alot of fun!

Wendy - what do you plan to do with the cord? I know some people keep them as memorabilia (not me!). Isn't it cute to see his little belly button, at last? Is it an innie or an outie?

Shelley - can you do those levitation holds? I haven't even attempted that workout yet, but I'm thinking it will do great things to help me get back into shape, post-partum.

Suzanne - cooool!! So those levitation holds are actually doable with practice, huh? I'll keep that in mind! Have a good workout at the uncrowded gym!

Hi Sandra, this is a Janis Saffell(sp?) and Guillermo Gomez workout, they dual teach it. I really like it but the weights used are very light and there are jabs and kicks thrown in to the sculpting segments. I actually count it as all kickboxing since the weights used are soo light and there are the extra jabs and kicks within it. I thoroughly enjoy the workout though.
:7 Lots of kicks and upper body and each instuctor has a different style. I bought if off of Collage Videos.:D

I have the cord...It's in a plastic bag. I don't know how long I'll keep it but I couldn't throw it out...not yet! :) :p :+

Looks like Joey may have a 1/2 & 1/2 as far as the belly button goes...not quite an innie but not an outie either. lol

Wendy nice to hear from you.

Did a quick w/o this morning: LL plus I added leg extentions and tibialis exercises. Then we were off to a family theme park (is that what you call it?) and read the whole Animal Farm while my kids enjoyed themselves in all sorts of roller coasters. I only joined them for an ice cream (ofcourse).

We have a season pass to this thing and because of my whiplash, I can't do much there so I just read or bring my text book along from whichever course I'm doing.

Good Morning All!

I hate to say this but I slept until 10 am and have not done any workout as of yet. I had hoped to be up earlier but oh well. I was up until 2 am. Went to see a late movie last night.

I will get to working out soon though. I plan on some heavy duty ab work as I have been only doing about ten minutes a day the last few days. I am use to30 minutes. Cardio will be something tivod from fittv and then ME. Have a great weekend everyone:)
