Yesterday I did PUB and what was supposed to be a 9K run. However, again I had a bowel problem. I don't understand what is going on. I have been running since March 2004 and never had any problems. I had to jump in the bushes maybe twice. But the past 4 weeks it's been getting worse and worse. I have an appointment with the sports dietician next week. She's a runner too. Maybe she'll know.

Anyways, I did L&G today. I will add KM timesaver later this afternoon.

It's a beautiful day. Yesterday it was only 14C, today and tomorrow temp will be around 28C. Then it'll drop back down to 16C. I hate it when the weather jumps up and down like this.

Dutchie: Sorry to hear you are still having problems..., it sounds like an electrolyte imbalance. I hope you get to the root of the problem soon.

Dutchie: Hope you get your bowel issues under control soon. That is no fun. Sorry about your weather. I can empathize.Our weather here has been awful. Our temperatures for the past month have been running well below normal (yesterday 20 degrees below normal) and we have not seen a sunny day in a long time. The 10 day-extended forecast says more of the same. Groanx(

Last night: I did SleepMax as I really needed to catch up on my sleep. I also needed to exercise but sleep won the race. As someone said yesterday, I am also giving my joints a break.

Tonight: LowMax and Tricep work that I was going to do last evening.

Didn't you eat those bananas yet? I told you last week to eat some!!! Seriously, I hope you don't start having problems with that so frustrating for you. Good you are going to your dietician...now eat a banana!!! BTW, our weather has been all over the place here too. Chilly one day and then hot the next.

Anyhow, yesterday was Low Max. I never get DOMS with this one.

Hi everyone. Dutchie I hope your dietician help you with your problems.Tammy and Cathy I am glad to know you will have a long weekend too.The days off of job are a awesome. One of the best things is we can forget the alarm clock.I have done the TAEBO get ripped and I have decided to substitute the Cathe workout for my stationary bike. I can't do a Cathe's after the TAEBO get ripped. Have a great day.

Okay, nada for me today. Major DOMS from ME & IM3. Why is it we love DOMS so much..hehe. I'm STILL working on getting all of the reps in that Cathe does. I can do all the pushups, though! Yay! Have a great day ladies :)

Today is my rest day. I did Blasts only of LowMax.

Last night my kids stayed the night with my mom. It is so quiet around here! I miss them, but it sure is nice to get a break!

Still no workout for me! ;( ;( ;( I couldn't get up this morning, maybe because I only had 2 hours of sleep the night before, who knows. I hit the snooze button on my alarm clock for 1 1/2hrs. x( .
Maybe I get to workout after work, but I don't wanna bet on it :( .

How does working out feel? ;-)

This morning was upper body from MM and am getting ready for ZOO max! My daughter and I are taking her soon to be stepson who is 2, to see the zoo babies!!
And finally we have sunshine and temperatures will get close to 80 degrees. HOORAY!!

Hi Ladies.

Yesterday afternoon after having done 70 minutes of cardio in the morning I did supersets upper body blast. It's about 50 minutes long. I have found that I like super sets better if I do the blasts..other wise it seems too easy. Hehe I wasn't saying that a few months ago! I didn't gte mycore work done as I went out for a bit last night.

Today I will do exra ab work, power hour from fittv and Gawd knows what I will do for cardio. I am sick of the treadmill but don't wanna give up my jogging. I can only jog outside if I am with someone due to personal reasons.

Dutchie-Sorry to hear you are having bowel issues again. Good luck!

To everyone else have fun whether it be at the zoo or at work or at home. Some of you seem to be having bad weather so I hope it gets better before the long weekend! Denver had been so Hot but w cooked back to the 70's yesterdat..WHOO HOO. I hate 90 plus but love 70!

I did the KPC/LG premix#15 today (KPC w/u, intermediate and high intensity drills; LG ankle weight work, from the standing extensions to the inner thigh lifts). I finished with the shoulder work from TS workout #4.

I'm starting to like the KPC/LG premixes as much as I love the SB/SJP premixes.

Connie - I'm curious about which workout you chose yesterday? I agree - the IMAXs can seem daunting on some days.

Shelley - I can't believe you worked out in such pain! And that was quite a workout! Are you feeling better today?

Jes - That's awesome work on the jogging!!! High Five!! I'm not ignoring you. I hope to answer my emails today (I finally have a day without plans to go anywhere!).

Dutchie - I hope you find a reason for your sudden onset of runner's trots. My DH was once walking our DD to the daycare (inside the elementary school across the street) really early in the morning when he observed a jogger (woman) suddenly stop next to the building, have a BM, get up and keep on going. It was absolutely disgusting, because she did it in plain view on concrete, up against the school wall! People (kids!) had to walk by this little "gift" for almost a week before it finally disappeared. It's not like there are no bushes in the neighbourhood.....

Tammy - Thanks! I'm surprised myself that I am still able to do the workouts I'm doing! I'm not about to attempt KM Bootcamp challenge though!! That's a tough workout! Enjoy!

Debbie - I think doing ME and IMAX3 in one day would give me a week's worth of DOMS! Enjoy your rest day, you earned it!

Kristine - working out feels awesome! Try it some time! ;-) Getting enough sleep feels awesome too. Odd how our bodies need such opposite activities, and if either one gets neglected, we feel awful.

Last night the whole family got haircuts. My almost-5-year-old daughter got her very long, thick hair chopped and layered really short. It looks adorable (she loves it), but it makes her look so mature! My toddler became a child in the flash of a click of scissors.

Sandra - thanks for asking. The pain is less today. My workout was actually really good, though I almost had to stop a couple of times. And that's absolutely disgusting about the woman having the BM against your daughter's day care building.

I have a hair appointment this evening, so I'm not sure what I'll fit in after that.
 
Awwwww....Sandra, I bet your little girl looks adorable! It's amazing how different they look when they cut their hair. When my youngest daughter got her hair cut short, it aged her (and ME!) significantly.

No workout this morning as I took my daughter out to breakfast to celebrate finals. Two more days and she's done with school and officially a junior and I acquire more gray hairs. But I only have a half day of work today and I'm off tomorrow (YAY!!!) so this afternoon will be Low Max and an hour of total body weights.

Sandra: Yesterday I ended up doing Reebok: AeroStep. I enjoyed it's simplicity, but still feel like I got a decent steady state workout in for the day. I just hate how I feel after a day of unclean eating and drinking. Blech! Awesome workout you've got planna, mama! Rock on!!! }( :p Your DD haircut sounds adorable, and it will be easier for you once the new baby comes. ;)

Today High Step Advanced is on the rotation, but I don't have that one so I'm going to sub Body Fusion and add in a couple sets of Leg Presses, and the 10 minutes of AB work that I skipped yesterday. :p

hello all! last night i did upper body add on from BF. i love using the bands and not having a ton of equipment. i was in a low maintenance mood last night. in fact, i laid down for every exercise! pathetic! jogging really kicked my butt! i have been eating BFL all week with no cheating and i have been VERY full!

today i am going to do legs and cardio.....i am thinking maybe along the lines of what you did Sandra!

Dutchie: i am so sorry about your problem. that is awful! let us know what the dr. says!

Carole: it has been in the high 90's here for weeks and no rain! we have had no rain for almost 3 months! my allergies have been crazy toox(

Kristine: honey, it is just NOT your week at all is it? don't worry! in the famous words of Scarlett O'Hara "tomorrow is another day!"
