Daily check-in 26/05/2005

Hi all, and Dutchie I hope you find the answers, that would be very annoying.

Well, I did it, I wrenched my back yesterday, doing squats I think with a heavy barbell. So after being in alot of pain last evening and taking a hot shower this morning I did manage a short but sweet workout. :D

It was of course Back day but I chose to do Chest instead. So I did PS chest then for a little bit of cardio I did some very modifiable combos of different segments off of the CTX series. I also did BODY MAX abs. I did the warm up, low impact and high impact (modified) segments off of Power Circuit then did the kickbox and hi/low and stretch segments off of 10-10-10,:D It all came to about 30 min. which wasn't too bad for a hodge podge of a workout and a bad back.:eek: :( .

Hopefully tomorrow I can get back on schedule and do back.

low max step only is complete! i feel like i am getting sick thoughx( i think my lack of sleep last week is catching up with me:(

tonight is date night though, so i'll be brave. we are going to eat and see Star Wars
(iam sure i will fall asleep;-) )

I just finished Bootcamp and completely ruined my movie star sex goddess hair from the hair salon:p When I got home it was all flat ironed and over one eye and temptress-like. Now it's stuck in two ponytails, clipped off my face and sweaty as anything.

BUT MY ROOTS ARE FINALLY DONE!!! I no longer look like Britney Spears on the cover of a tabloid;)
 
Well, thank god for that!!! it's not healthy to go around looking like a skank for too long! i speak from experience of course! i bet your roots are quite happy:7
