Hi ladies,
Checking in again. Was away for a buisness meeting from Tuesday through Wednedsay and so used Tuesday as my rest day. Couldn't post my workouts so here goes.

Thursday: KPC and biceps
Friday evening: Gauntlet and Stretch Max segment 3

I am travelling again today for Easter but will get at least S&H shoulders in before I leave and will do S&H legs and some cardio in tomorrow evening after I get back.

This week, I have only been able to get in about 5 hours of exercise :-( for buisness and personal reasons). I hope I am least maintaining my fitness, but I am used to 8-9 hours a week not counting my dance or stretching that I do and I don't feel quite right.

Mariangeles: That sounds like a great workout for today.

Hi, yesterday, was MM, 1 hour step tape, 1 segement of coremax, and 1 segment of stretchmax.

Today, is 30-60 minutes on the elliptical, plus RS. Of course, stretchmax at the end, and maybe med ball coremax. Depends on how my lower back feels later.
 
Good Morning, Lovely Ladies!!
Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I felt the urge to go for a run. So I did for 3.5 miles. When my son wakes up we will do 20 minute pilates. I was going to go ahead and do it, but I thought about it. I want to wait for him. He's 9 and he likes to stretch with me. It makes him limber for soccer. How can I not wait! How much longer do I have before he says, "It's just not cool.":-( So I think I will take advantage of this time together!

It's a beautiful day in my neighbourhood today! The sun is shining, the sky is blue. The snow is melting. HURRAY!

Last night was Low Max and a segment of Core Max for me. Today will be Kick Max and a different segment of Core Max. Although I must admit, a run is tempting, since it's SO GORGEOUS outside!

I did Kickbox Underground using my weighted gloves today, it did help with the intensity but I was also in a hurry so I couldn't really concentrate on the workout per se.:( :+ I had to take 2 of my sons for haircuts and the morning just got away from me. sigh. I will have to do it again putting my oomph into the workout!!

I did the Viper today all but the last cardio segment and it was a great workout! Not a huge fan of C&W but today it seemed alot of fun!...

Hello everyone,

What a great workout you all did!

It was a few weeks ago that I was on this forum,

My knees where painfull ( still is )
but yesterday( after two weeks) I did low max blast + kick max leg drills + upper body pyramid and after that ( I don,t know what happend),I couldn,t sit or stand becauce I injured my back ,so today no workout, again .
