Hi good morning, yesterday I did the TJ cardio party nº 1, the TJ 20 minutes workout and TJ ab jam. Today I will do Turbo Jam and Power Half Hour. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Good Morning Everyone!

I am up way too early this morning (woke up before 4:00!), so decided to pop in and greet everybody!

I slept wrong a few nights ago and my neck is all knotted up and painful. I think the best workout I'll get in today and maybe for a few more days will be a walk, or to ride my stationary bike!
I'm having a problem with being patient, but this is best for me because I really don't want to end up injured and having to wait a much longer time to get back to exercising.
In the meantime, I'll do what I'm able, and cheer everybody else on!:)

Yesterday I tried to ride my bike and pedaled for a few minutes and the batteries died, so I switched to the treadmill and walked a couple miles, then dh and I walked around the neighborhood last night.
I bought new batteries, and today is a new day! :D

Becky - I'm sorry your neck isn't any better. You are right, just do exercise that will not aggravate that neck. It'll be well in a couple of days.

Yesterday was PLB subbing for PS -Legs&Abs and I did Ab Hits #11 which is the ab w/o from PS/L&A.

The rotation today calls for the new w/o Low Impact Step w/o using the premix "lower Body Cardio Blast".

Since I don't have this w/o, I am subbing a LowMax premix and PLB stability ball w/o. Also abs from KPC is on the schedule.

Good Morning, Ladies!

I have not been checking in, but I have been workingout. I did Charlotte's Toasy Rotation. I recommend it to everyone who wants to build strength. It's a good one! Today was the last day! I survived!

Today Imax 3 and Stretch Max. I was supposed to do ME, but I did too much weights this week. I needed some cardio. I am very sore in my upper body.

Becky-Poor thing-once I hurt my neck and it was stuck slightly bent over to one side for days. If I tried to straighten it up it hurt too bad! I hear ya on the lack of patience! I have NONE when it comes to waiting to be able to exercise again!
Jane-LM and PLB stability ball ex's is a good sub for LIS lower body cardio blast premix. LIS is a good one though. Have you thought about getting it?
Carla-You are one brave woman! Glad you survived the Toasty Rotation! HEY!!! Great t-shirt idea! Get one made up that says "I survived The Toasty Rotation!" LOL :7

I got my RS DVD so I can finally do the entire w/o instead of the Fittv version!! One DVD at a time, I'm getting there!! :7

Becky~ Sorry your neck is still giving you trouble. Have you tried some heat on it? Or one of those patches? I hope it feel better soon. :-(

Good morning everyone,

I just got back very early this AM from my buisness meetings in San Diego and Utah and am tired.

On schedule today is: LowMax and lower body work (I think the leg drills from KickMax). Also a ton of housecleaning and many errands to run.

Cathy...those leg conditioning drills from Kickmax are great. Boy do they burn..

I am doing a KPC/L&G premix, abs and chest, shoulders & tri's.

Yesterday was a 3 mile run, GS Legs Floorwork and Coremax Tough Abs premix for me.

Today is GS C&T AND GS BSB!!!:eek: I hope I survive!

Today I am putting the crown molding on Sophie's bookcases and then I can fill all the holes and prime them. They should be fully painted in a couple of days. I need to take some pictures!

I did CTX 10-10-10 today cardio only!

Almost had to stop due to knee pain, but after a short break I was able to resume and finish up the cardio portion!:D

Hi all,

This morning I did Basic Step and Supersets.

Foodie Sue - they don't start talking induction until you're about 10 days overdue. I have a prenatal appointment on Tuesday where they will do a stress-test to make sure the baby is doing okay, and then possibly see what we can do to move things along. I really, REALLY do not want to go through an induction, so hopefully things will take care of themselves before then!

Laurie - there's a KP Museum?? I didn't know that! I would have loved to have gone. Did you ever read that book (can't remember the name right now) that was a compilation of real letters sent back and forth between an inmate and a young woman who lived near the limestone quarry where the inmates did their hard labour? It came out about 11 years ago, when we were living in Kingston. The letters were found by the author in her attic when she moved into a house. I learned a lot about the penitentary in its early days, and Kingston in general, from that book. It's such a great little city.

Carole - LOL about the trail run! I will take you up on that offer should you ever make your way to Alberta. When I start exercising again I want to incorporate a bit of running. I want to do the Run for the Cure next September (only a 5K).

Shelley - did castor oil work for you?

Annette - glad to read that you managed to finish your cardio. You have such problems with your feet and knees! Good work!

Just in case anyone doesn't already know, Jes (jdoll) lives in Beaumont, Texas, and had to evacuate the other day. I've been thinking about her alot, and hope she is able to return to an intact home really soon. The forums aren't the same without her posts.

Here in Edmonton we are half way through the fall season, which has spurred me to take out my flannel quilt that I started making a year ago. So, that's my afternoon project: quilting. Have a great day everyone!

I hadn't seen your posts for a few days and was ready to start a thread myself Subject: Where's Sandra?? And imagining you were at the hospital.
How are you feeling?

When I was pregnant with my last baby,I had a stress test one day and the nurse told me sometimes that they "move things along" and I was in labor the next morning! ;-) But maybe you wont' even make it to Tuesday!

Hi again friends,my workout is done. I have done the both Turbo Jam Cardio Parties (For me Turbo Jam is addictive), the TJ lower body workout, the Power Half Hour abs and the Power Half Hour tigh trimmer too.

Carole everyone don't love the same workouts.I am very haaapy with my TJ order. I like kickboxing and Turbo Jam is a kickboxing workout.Now I feel P90X (the first place) and Turbo Jam have been my best purchases of these year.

Becky- Take it easy. I don't want to see you injured.

Jane- I am enjoying Turbo Jam so much. I think your idea of substitute the step low impact and body sculping dvd with Low Max and PLB is great.

Sandra- Thank you very much for posting about Jes. I will sent a e-mail to her right now.


Carla- Thank you very much for the rotation suggestion.

Wendy- Enjoy the rest day.

Anette- If you have knee pain you can try a low impact workout. I think CTX is not great if you have knee pain. Take care.

Sandra - one of my good friends used it. Well, actually she used mint flavoured cod liver oil by mistake, but it worked just the same.:p
