Hey everyone! I'll get us started. Today I did Cathe Live #80- Total Body Works...I think. Man I love Cathe Live!! I can feel a rest day coming though, I'm wiped out! However...I'm sleeping really great! I hope everyone is doing well, feeling better including our 4 legged family members. Have a good one people!
 
Hi tlc and all who follow,

Today I taught my disco circuit class to 7 ladies and a gentleman , it is an energetic workout that leaves you very worked out.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including abs and legs which included squats again. I did pyramids up and down for chest press using 30, 35 and 40 pounds(dumbbells) going up, but coming down I had to drop from the 40 to 30 and ended with 25's.

Ok, after chest press I did flies, shoulder front raise, concentration curls, calf raises and leg press machine, also rear delts on the machine and lying overhead back exercise. Then I did floor abs and one leg exercise on the floor. I am beat.

Good workout today ladies. Wow Annette. you sure can lift heavy. today I did my own wb of cathe pub, RWH and cardio from TTM and Afterburn. Love that blender! have a great day everyone.

:) Stellar workouts you girls! Way to go!!! Your blenders kind of intimidate me Ceci. LOL!!

Today was just 3.5 hours of Shovel Max here. Dang, I wish I had a hot tub about now. :cool:
