Good morning!
This morning I did High Step Challenge - LOVED IT!!! The music in this one is the best of the series, IMO (IMAX3 is also great). I'm still getting used to the moves with the band, so I'm not sure I got everything out of those moves that I should have. I'll know tomorrow! Those side tricep push-ups will take some getting used to, too. I did them all, but am not sure I was doing them correctly. They will need practice (they're pretty ouchifying!). I really like the core section of this workout. I also love the crescent knees in combo #3 (great song, too!), and the new way she is doing plie squats with the one dumbell that alternates hands. That is so much better than with a heavy barbell on the front of your shoulders!
Katie - only one more day until Vegas! Are you going to try to workout while you're there? Where are you staying? Will you be taking in any shows?

I never even saw The Sound of Music until 4 years ago. And I've never seen Gone With the Wind. Maybe one day I'll get around to renting the oldies-but-goodies, but I spend so little time watching tv that I can't imagine when I would actually do that. What workout are you doing today? I hear Cathe's Wedding Video is a good one

Sandy - how was the first 5 intervals of IMAX3 yesterday? Did you see some improvement over the first time you did it?
