Was up at 5AM (no reason), so had a few nice relaxing cups of coffee before working out.
Did S&H/PUB/PS back & biceps today (about 50min each). Plus BC abs. Have an 8.5K run scheduled for later this afternoon with son no.1. Probably decide to just run for an hour (makes it about 9K - yes I'm slow
).
