Goooood Morning all,

Was up at 5AM (no reason), so had a few nice relaxing cups of coffee before working out.

Did S&H/PUB/PS back & biceps today (about 50min each). Plus BC abs. Have an 8.5K run scheduled for later this afternoon with son no.1. Probably decide to just run for an hour (makes it about 9K - yes I'm slow :p ).

Another beautiful day on store here.

Last evening: Rhythmic Step, Gym Style Triceps and PUB triceps followed by an upper body stretch.

Tonight: a circuit workout is scheduled.

Dutchie and Cathy: I like how you combine workouts when you are working each body part. I guess that is my next step.

Wow Dutchie, your back & biceps must be fried this morning!

Anyhow, today is my rest day as I have to be to work early and unfortunately I don't have Denise's discipline to have gotten up earlier to fit the workout in.

Good Morning Everyone!

Yesterday was Legs/Glutes...no DOMS this morning so maybe need to switch up again. Gonna take advantage of that though and try either LoMax or Imax2..haven't decided yet, but it is definitely a cardio day for me.

Have a great workout and don't eat anything bad today! LOL

Tammy, just trying to shock my body out of the comfort zone :) My biceps are a little fried, yes, but not my back. I find it really hard to fry my back muscles.

Hey, Everybody!

Today I did 3 of the cardio & step on the timesaver. It was a little over an hour & stretch #1. I wanted to do something different. I haven't used that DVD in a while. Felt good. This evening will be a 4 mile run.

Morning Everyone,

Decided to change things up a little last night so I did the warm up and blasts from Low Max, followed by the leg conditioning drills from KM. Also did two segments of Stretch Max. I will do this combination again. This was the first time doing all the blast from LM and it was a great leg work out.

Tonight I have scheduled GS Back, Shoulders, Biceps and a segment of Core Max.

Good morning everyone:

Yesterday, I drove 60 miles to visit my Dad, an auto mechanic; so I could get my mom's car repaired. Therefore, I didnt exercise but I still feel like crap, so even if I stayed home I know I wouldnt have done much cardio-wise anyway. But, I did a good deed instead.

Today, I am still sick; so I will rest and hope tomorrow brings more improvement. I am dreaming of Cathe every night so I know I am going through withdrawal.

Everyone take care, and hope you dont get this awful bug.
 
Suzanne - I'm sorry to hear you're still not feeling well. I hope you start feeling good soon!

Last night I did Lowmax and the abs from KPC. Tonight is Musclemax, and I may try to squeeze in a short run.

It's Girl Guide Cookie time. My DD is a Brownie, so we get to sell them. I HAVE to buy some, right? Pray for me!
 
Hang in there Suzanne! Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. Great idea to rest. You will feel like Hercules tomorrow!!!

Good morning ladies....

I am doing GS Chest & Back, HSC abs plus Coremax 1, PLB standing and then a 6 mile run. It was very windy yeaterday, felt like I was running on a treadmill!! Talk about slow Dutchie...:)...

Great work outs everyone!

Last night I did my Legs and Glutes mix n match work out. 30 minutes. I was gonna add in some cardio or upper body weight work but I wasn't feeling strong so I decided to quit while I was ahead. I have not decided if I will be working out tonight as I am going to dinner at my MIL's and may not be home early enough...I'll have to play it by ear.

Hi good morning. Suzanne I hope you feel better soon.Today I will try the timesaver dvd. I will do the hi/low of the workout 2, the cardio kickbox of the workout 4 and I will do the weight segments of the timesaver too.I will do the kickmax blast callenge and TAEBO too.

Hi all, I did the Kicks and Punches part of Cardio Kicks today skipping the arm drills. It was a nice 41 min. workout including the cooldown. Weight stayed the same this morning but I did eat some sugar cookie dough while I was baking cookies for my boys so I am happy to have stayed the same and not gained,LOL!! It was worth the little splurge!

Good afternoon, fitness goddesses:

Yesterday I did GS Legs... wow, my inner thighs are still killing me! Gotta love that DOMS. Although... is there anyone else not crazy about the leg presses with the band? Perhaps this requires confidence in the balance... it just feels awkward to me (I've only done this workout a couple of times).

Today was GS Chest & Triceps, my first time through. What a great workout! I love the side extensions for triceps - normal kickbacks really irritate my elbow and the side version does not. Next time I may sub them in for the last couple of kickback sets as well.

I am sick, sick, sick. I feel like my head is disconnected from the rest of my body. Unfortunately I haven't worked out in days. Taking a week of rest can be good right?

Katie and Suzanne -

I feel your pain. I've had a migraine for 2 1/2 days and now I'm waiting for my doctor to call back with a prescription that he can hopefully call in to the pharmacy without me having to come into his office. He did this for me 15 years ago when I was down for 3 days. I haven't worked out in 3 days and I can't wait to get back into it.
