Hi everyone,

The day didn't start right for me. I'd been in and out of bed all night (bathroom) and by 6AM I was tired and had a headache. I had Low Max scheduled again, but all that pivoting and mamboing had me so annoyed cause I couldn't follow I just stopped the workout! And did Imax2 in it's entirety instead. Funny thing that one, couldn't get my HR out of the aerobic zone. It was too easy. That always happens when my runs get longer. Any other runners noticed that?

Anyways, while jumping I realised that the blasts of Low Max have none of that chachaing etc. So I added that after I finished Imax2.

I think I'm PMSing.... workouts don't usually annoy me... confusing, yes, annoying no.

It's a lovely Spring day overhere, so son no.2 and I will go out for a 10K inline skate ride later this afternoon.

Good morning!

TOday I dont feel so well. I have a headcold, but I AM going to workout. IF I dont do something, I will go nuts thinking only about being sick. So, CM and then a nap and MM (but no legs). Maybe a stretch or another nap.

Hope your only PMSing and not getting sick. When I start out tired and with a headache, I usually don't push things because for me it usually portends something nasty coming on. Hope you feel better soon.

Suzanne: Hope you are feeling better soon too.

Last evening: GymStyle chest (able to complete 3 sets of presses with 25lbs/arm ...working on completing them on my incline and decline presses but not yet) and Stretch Max 3.

Tonight: StepBlast and abs are planned
Haven't had a rest day in about 2 weeks, have only had days like yesterday with lesser time spent exercising but I felt I was really able to push myself with the weights. I'm planning on visiting my mother and my sister's family tomorrow and so tomoorow will be a bona fide rest day.

Good Morning Everyone!

Yesterday and the day before I had a bit of a stomach virus and just really difficult for me to get into my workouts...wild mood swings too, but I did and did...
Legs and Shoulders and 30 mins of Aerobics with Gilad.

Dutchie- I am with you with the Step stuff which is why I just simply do aerobics with Gilad. I personally don't like the cha cha's either and I can't follow Cathe and the crew on the step stuff. I think it is great if someone can, but it just isn't for me.

Today I am just going to do more aerobics again and I got our big yard to mow which will be all day...hopefully it will get warmer than what is predicted.

Hi girls! TGIF! Dutchie & Charlotte I hope you're feeling better! I know it's so hard to really get into your workouts when you feel blah or sick. Cathy have fun w/ your family :)

Today is Bootcamp and Coremax 1 for me. I just got BC in the mail yesterday so I'm really pumped (no pun intended - HA).

Hope you ladies feel better. That stinks to start the weekend feeling yucky.

Today-GS Legs (floor), PLB (floor), Core #3, Stretch #3.

I have to wash and clean out my car today. That is work. It takes me 2hrs to clean it. I drive a 4 door Yukon. It is big. I love it, but it is big. We went to visit some friends. They live in a beautiful home on a dirt road. It has rained a lot here. Well, I have caked on mud on my truck. Looks like we went mud riding. I do have 4 wheel drive, but we didn't go muddin'. Needless to say it is going to be a chore.x(

Atleast it is a beautiful day.:)

Well, so far my legs are okay after A-Jock's Somebody Stop Me mish mosh last night. If they remain okay all day, then I'm going for a run later and then doing the MM upper body push-pull premix and core.

No work out to report for last night...well...except for some dancing! :) Had a great time last night though it leaves me quite tired today....

Hopefully I will find the energy to do some kind of work out this evening....

Hi all, I did PUB biceps and abs off of CTX ALL Abs can't remember which one. After only eating a little more than 1000 calories yesterday I was down almost 2 pounds this morning (plus I actually drank my gallon of water which is hard to do when it isn't hot outside). I may do some cardio later but I am taking the boys on part 2 of a field trip we went on in the Fall but I got the location wrong so now we get to go and see the actually historic site we wanted to see in the Fall.:+ :D

OK, so I have a head cold which has turned for the better after some serious feverish sweating. So thats good. I was able to complete CM without difficulty and I felt really great too. But, now its TTOM and I feel like crap again. SHEEESH! I wish my body would make up its mind one way or the other. Well, I am going to do MM because I am looking forward to it regardless of some cramps.

Oh, and a quick question: Does anyone else get light sensitive when either TTOM or getting and being sick? I wear shades and keep the lights off during these times.
 
Wow, it seems that there is a bug floating around on this board. I feel like I'm coming down with a cold, too. Tired, worn out, fuzzy. I'm going to try to do Kick Max tonight but I'm scheduled to chaperone my daughter's school dance tonight which is always a treat. Kids these days, I tell ya!! I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow.

It's going to be a beautiful weekend! Time to get outside and bike and rollerblade and enjoy SPRING!

Hello! Last night I did a super slow 3 mile jog with my dog - she loves to get off track and play!

Today is C and W!!

Question: I got a pretty nice bonus this last month and most is going into savings, should I spend $60 on myself and buy the Slow and Heavy?? How often do you guys rotate these in??

I am hoping my husband will buy me the entire Hardcore series for our First Year Anniversary and if not then, the I will ask Santa again for Christmas...........so I am holding off buying Hardcores for now.....
 
Hey everyone!!

I had one heck of a time getting my behind out of bed this morning!!! It felt like someone hit me with a brick...once I was up and going I was ok..but damn!!

I have some serious DOMS today from doing that BB power Yoga yesterday!! WOW!!

Today was:
P90X: Legs and back and ab ripper x and then I did HSTA: cardio and legs premix..that was good!!! Cathe is like workout cheesecake...LOL

I hope everyone is feeling better!!

Sorry to hear so many people aren't feeling well. Hope you all get better soon!

Today I did a very exhausting workout I like to call LawnMax. DH and I seeded our 3/4 acre lot finally - so just a few weeks till we have grass. I wore my pedometer while I was out today and logged over 20,000 steps doing the yard work - pushing that spreader around and raking and whatnot. My feet are killing me, my knees aren't happy, and my back ain't too thrilled about it either. But I'm sure I burned a lot of calories! :)
 
Okay, I pushed out just enough energy this evening to do Low Max. Step only premix for the preggie, ofcourse! :+
