Hi good morning everyone, here I am again. Ready to start a new awesome day.Well I feel a Turbo Jam party is coming on,a fun party. Today I will do Tone it Up of the Slim Series, Turbo Jam cardio party nº 2 and nº 1 and Turbo Jam lower body blast.I love Turbo Jam more and more each day. I always sing the songs during the TJ workouts. Blame it on the boogie is awesome. You know a workout is good when you sing the songs from it.Have a great day everyone.

Last evening: CTX Triceps and Biceps, Gym Style Legs (Floor work only) plus PLB calves.

Off to NYC for a meeting and won't be home till very late and so tonight there will be no workout for me ;(

Yesterday was step of our choice (I did bodymax step and step heat), and then I added in LL.

Today is S&H chest and back and a 30 minute run.

It's going to be 75 and sunny here , so I am looking forward to the beautiful day!:)

Yesterday was a step w/o of our choice so I did step combos only of IMAX2 and LowMax. A very good and fun w/o.

Today is S&H chest and back and I am subbing chest and back w/o's from PUB and the BB TimeSaver. Also a 30 minute run.

Today my kids have the day off from school, so when the alarm went off I wanted to just roll over and go back to sleep. BUT, here I am and today my plans are:

Hello girls.

Yesterday was Leaner Legs. I upped my weights again and thought FOR SURE I'd have some DOMS today but I don't!? What's up with that!?

Today is a home-made version of MIC. YIKES! :eek:

Tomorrow will be ME!

Kristine...all I ever wanted was 2 more inches.....of height!

Carla...I have never been very good at rotations (with the exception of P90X) I have in my mind what parts I want to work and how much during any given week...

Today is Freestlye leg exercises and then PLB floor legs, a 5 mile run, abs, shoulders, bi's and tri's.

I do wish I could send some sun back east....:(

Morning ladies! Today I did PUB. I was supposed to also do the cardio only from All Step, but instead I decided to take the extra 30 minutes this morning and spend it with my daugther. She's almost 2 and for some reason I feel like I just don't get to spend enough time with her since I work full time. I've really felt a need to be with her more. I feel bad that I didn't do any cardio today, but I feel wonderful that I got that extra time with her.

Hi all, late check in but my body is refusing to get out of bed on these cool morning we are having,LOL!!

I did MIS warm up and back with Leaner Legs Abs and the 37 min. premix off of KPC for cardio!:D Weight is back down now for 2 days after a pretty bad weekend of eating. Didn't take as long this time either. This time of year my downfall is Candy Corn,sigh, *I will slither away since I "know" nobody else 'here' eats such bad food*,LOL!!

I just finished what was left in a bag of candy corn! I should NOT have it in the house! I LOVE that stuff.

I KNOW it's 100% sugar (tsk, tsk) but it's OH SO GOOD!
I buy it, thinking I will put some on cupcakes or give it to the kids and I end up HIDING it and eating it all myself!!!

I'm on a sugar high now and that was STUPID with a capital STU, especially considering tomorrow I am taking a test for diabetes!!!
(they don't think I have it....just a screening because there is family history. ugh)

By the way, that was a good workout you had! I think that cancels out the candy corn. That's what I tell myself anyway.;-)
 
As long as we are confessing our sins... Annette/Becky... I am getting ready to do my work out in hopes it will cancel out the PB I've ate so far today. It is mid-cycle and nothing has helped this month. I would sell my first-born (sorry DS) for some chocolate right now. It is all I can do not to get in the car and go get chocolate, lots of it... I would have to take out a small loan to buy all the chocolate I want right now!! I'm suffering people!!!x( x(

This morning I did Kickbox. I'll be feeling my biceps tomorrow!

Jes - I'm doing okay on the sleep thing. Naps are key. LowMax is fun! I like the second half better than the first - et toi?

Mariángeles - I know what you mean about the "real world" friends thinking you're crazy. Like you, I don't talk much about my workouts with them. It's a shame more people don't enjoy exercising.

Becky - I'm impressed that you can do a 30 min run today after the workout you did yesterday!!

Tammy - I'm sending my condolences to your legs. LL and KM conditioning drills is quite a workout!

Carla - Thanks! I find your workouts very impressive, too!

Wendy - no DOMS after doing LL with heavier weights? Freaky. Do you need to go even heavier? I get DOMS from just lifting the LL dvd out of the case!

Kristine - are you really 5'11" tall?? I'm jealous!

Carole - your posts are a ray of sunshine for all of us :)

Katie - I think you made the right choice. Get in all the MommyMax you can, because they grow up so fast.

Annette - are we confessing our unclean eating today? At this time of year my problem is pumpkin pie and the snack sized chocolate bars that are in the stores for halloween. But shhhhhhhh, don't tell anyone.

Jane - reading your post has made me feel your pain. Stay strong. Or remind yourself that with the price of gas these days, it would cost you twice as much money to drive to the store and buy the chocolate.

Looks like Kate's getting hungry. Time to go burn off my snack-sized Kit Kat bar by feeding her. Have a great day everyone!

NOBODY should be impressing YOU........the QUEEN of working out while nine months pregnant that we ALL ADMIRE!!!!!:eek:
Truthfully, I felt it a little in my butt, but my legs are fine today. I credit last months rotation for that.

What about a chocolate smoothie?? That would be a healthier version of what you are craving. I already had one WITH peanutbutter for my breakfast after working out. I put in some protein powder,and soy milk and call it healthy!:p Or could you make some chocolate pudding?? Also better than a candy bar or whatever it is you are dreaming of. I didn't really eat a lunch, just sort of have grazed the day away, which I dont' normally do (a smoothie, 2 pieces of banana bread, cottage cheese and tomatoes, a few handfuls of baked chips, OOPS, one more splurge.....a caramel apple (APPLE people!!! Thats fruit! ha:p )
And I dont' think we need to name the other candy.....we all already know about that!;-)
I am also mid cyle and craving JUNK , as you can see!!!!!

I'm seriously going to eat something healthy for dinner. Maybe oatmeal .
Boy, I should always write down everything I put in my mouth. I had no idea I'd eaten that much today!;(
Jane, suddenly a piece of chocolate doesnt' seem so bad, does it??
 
Thanks Sandra and Becky... I still want chocolate but I'm a little better now.

I just finished PUB chest and back and TimeSaver chest and back followed by Legs & Glutes. My cravings have waned a bit but I know they aren't gone. I am going to eat a healthy supper even though I want Dove Darks for supper. *sigh*

When my supper settles, I want to try that 30 minute run, probably about 6:30 or so.

I just hate that I went nuts on the PB today. I have no junk in the house but that doesn't keep me from eating way more than I should of the "good stuff".

Bite your tongue for even mentioning that! If I up the weights AGAIN on LL I may never walk again! :p LOL

Sounds like you and your family are doing wonderfully! I'm sooo happy for you but you knew that already! :)

And btw, you never answered me, how the heck did you get cleared for exercise sooo quickly???
