Hi everyone,
Veeery late check in for me today. DH took DD camping last night, and they aren't expected home until at least dinner time. So I have been luxuriating in the peacefulness of the house, and the ability to do what I want, when I want!! I slept a full 10 hours last night, gradually crawled my way out of bed, ate breakfast while reading the paper, did some great uninterrupted work on my research report, did my workout, ate lunch, and am now checking in before heading off for a shower. It's just after 1pm. I might actually be dressed by 2pm, who knows (who cares?)? Ahhhh, life is good.
Oh yeah, for my workout I did LowMax intervals 4-7; CW upper body heavy weights premix. Great workout. I love the second half of LowMax. The music and the choreography just click really well for me. Fun fun!
