In all this heat and humidity I did Circuit Max and I hadn't done it in a really really loooooooong time and boy I forgot what a workout that is.LOL!!:+ :eek: :) I was sweatin' like crazy so much I may actually jump back in the shower.:+

Hi everyone,

Veeery late check in for me today. DH took DD camping last night, and they aren't expected home until at least dinner time. So I have been luxuriating in the peacefulness of the house, and the ability to do what I want, when I want!! I slept a full 10 hours last night, gradually crawled my way out of bed, ate breakfast while reading the paper, did some great uninterrupted work on my research report, did my workout, ate lunch, and am now checking in before heading off for a shower. It's just after 1pm. I might actually be dressed by 2pm, who knows (who cares?)? Ahhhh, life is good.

Oh yeah, for my workout I did LowMax intervals 4-7; CW upper body heavy weights premix. Great workout. I love the second half of LowMax. The music and the choreography just click really well for me. Fun fun!

Good afternoon all... okay, maybe evening!

Haven't been around much lately as I've been on vacation. Tomorrow is my last day then it's back to work Monday.

Yesterday I did a 30 minute run (it's not long enough - tomorrow another is schedule and I'm going to up the time). Didn't get my segment of Coremax in, but I ended up dancing around my living room all night:)

Today I decided I better get back to redoing Sophie's room, so I taped and primed all her trim. I will put another coat of paint on it tonight, then the final coat tomorrow. The trim will all be white, except around the window. She wanted turquoise, so we compromised by having a LITTLE turquoise:)

I also did ME. I will NEVER EVER be able to up my weight on those biceps. *sigh* I did, however, do TWO, count 'em, TWO chin ups at the park the other day!!! Okay, they weren't actually in a row, but they were chin ups!!:D

Did ME this afternoon. DH had a friend come over and help him put in the two doors. We've had to order our patio door. I like my new doors. They look great.


Shelley, about those biceps on ME. I use 8 pound dumbbells for them, then have to drop to 5's about three-quarters of the way through. My biceps are so weak compared to the other muscles in my upper body.

Going to get something to eat.... have a great Saturday night everybody.
