Finally I have done the hi/low intervals workout of HE, the puching and kicking prmix of KPC skiping the ab segment, the power drills of CK and the first segment of CM. I need my recovery drink . Hey girls!

Today is KPC for me. That will be fun. :)

Last night I went out dancing with DH, his sister, BIL, cousin & his wife. It was fun but we only stayed like 2 hours b/c the one guy wanted to leave. :-( x( ;( That's okay cause when we went back to his cousin's house we went for a swim in his pool and had a couple drinks while we were in the water...talk about heaven, huh? :+ Right now they have a decent sized above ground pool. They are deciding if they want to buy a new house or build an addition on to this one. If they build, they will probably get an inground pool! WOO HOO! :7

I am up waaay too early considering I went to bed about 2:30 in the morning! I must be out of my mind! lol

Today it's full tilt cardio}( I'll do the CM hi/lo then SJP hi/lo and finish with CM step. I'm not sure how long it will take but I think it will be a good workout.

Wendy I am up way to early myself. Sounds like you had a great evening though!!..somehow when I set my alarm I advanced the hour by an hour??? I got up at 4 instead of 5??? I think I'll be tired later...:)

I am planning on doing GS Legs and P90X Chest, triceps and shoulders.

Today we have a car wash for my DS's hockey team and one last graduation party for a classmate of other DS.

I plan to fit in Yoga, walking lunges & abs this morning while it is still quiet.

Good morning everybody,

I went to bed at 8:30 last night and slept til 7:30. 11 hours!! I was tired. I woke up at 3 Friday morning and couldn't go back to sleep.

Yesterday was MIC... that is one rough w/o!!

Today is strength/endurance day. I'll decide later what to do but I know it will be whole body.

Gone to look at some new doors and a patio door or French doors for our patio. I'm so glad it's Saturday!!

This morning I will go hiking the Billy Goat Trail is 3.7 miles each way but it is hilly and rocky, very rough. Going up seems to be easier than going down.

Hello ladies,

Decided to change up my routine because I am having a hard time doing my workouts, due to painting and other disturbances. So I am shortening my workouts to see if I can get back in the grove. so I will be doing only one body part per day. I took some of this from cathes old rotations.

Today will be Pure strength, and MIS (back), and maybe some ab work.

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Wow! You gals have come up with some VERY interesting mish-moshes!

Today I'm going out for a run and then PUB is my choice for the day.

I am dropping the HC muscle building rotation. I have been miserable since I started it! Not enough cardio, and my body craves cardio. So I guess I will just be winging it for the rest of the month.

We are driving to Logan this afternoon to pick up my son. I can't wait to see him, I have missed him SO much!

Came back to report that I just completed 600 walking lunges. it is the length of my street and I am sweating like nobody's business! This is a keeper for maximum effort in minimal time! .... TTFN

Ahhh, isn't it great that it's finally the weekend? :)

I think I forgot to check in yesterday. I did ME.

Today I was supposed to go for a 30 minute run, but it was raining (thank goodness - we really needed the rain!), so I did MIC (hi/lo only) and Coremax #2. I'm feeling kinda tight, so I think I'll do a Stretchmax segment later on today.

Tomorrow is my rest day. Woo hoo! :)

Hello to everyone- Today is a run and then gymstyle legs. Tomorrow I am actually taking a rest day! It is rainung here too and we need it! I am getting ready to hop on the treadmill then later do the leg workout. I want to enjoy this rainy cool day and do some reading.
