Hello ladies,
Decided to change up my routine because I am having a hard time doing my workouts, due to painting and other disturbances. So I am shortening my workouts to see if I can get back in the grove. so I will be doing only one body part per day. I took some of this from cathes old rotations.
Today will be Pure strength, and MIS (back), and maybe some ab work.
