Good morning fit ladies....
Yesterday I did IMAX1. It was very intense but my perception is that IMAX3 is harder for me than the other two. Those power scissors and plie jacks in IMAX1 are brutal!!! After I recovered from that, I felt like doing some fun step. I did the warmup, step segment, and stretch off Timesaver #1. It was fun!!! It is taken from the SJP w/o.
Mariangeles - I am with Wendy, I am curious about Christi Taylor. I may have to pick up one of her w/o's to try. Great w/o as usual Mariangeles. How was the yoga w/o? Carole said it was a 90 minute w/o, but she likes it.
Sandra - I see Christi is on your w/o schedule a good bit.... can you suggest a good one to start with. I want it advanced.
Cathy - I'm glad your ordeal is over. You are one dedicated lady to keep up that w/o schedule with all you were having to deal with. Those stairs are going to be a real bonus to your workouts.
Wendy - don't you just love that HRM!!! I have yet to figure my true resting heart rate. I need to do it on a day I'm off (like today) when I get up, but I can't remember. Maybe I'll write a big note and stand it up on my nightstand so I'll see if first thing. When I'm working and the alarm clock goes off, my heart rate shoots right up then, so can't do it on those day. Since I'm off the rest of the week, I'll try that tomorrow. LowMax or IMAX2, either will give you a good w/o. I burn more calories with LowMax. Oh and Wendy... I got my body fat analyzer yesterday and used it for the first time this morning. It is very close to what I was measured at last fall with the calipers. That and my BMI is within normal range, but I still have to melt this "fat pad" off my butt.... maybe I should just point the BFA at my butt!!!
Tammy - KickMax.. you don't like it? I love that w/o for some reason. I have a love/hate relationship with it at the end when all those blasts come one right after another!!!

Charlotte - great w/o... I wasn't sore after PUB/PLB Sunday either. I wonder why? This "eating more thing" is fantastic isn't it. I ate over 2,000 calories yesterday (my big eating day) and I had energy through the roof!! I did 1 1/2 hours of cardio last night.
Hello to all that follow... today I am going to do GS back, shoulders, and biceps and Timesaver #5 which is a warmup and then a w/o with all leg work from Legs&Glutes and SJP, it also has abs from SJP. As an add-on for my leg work, I will try to advance my number of walking lunges... I am up to 115 but haven't done them in a week. I have been slacking on those. I want to get in a CoreMax today too.
