Daily Check in 12/1/15

Good morning all

Today, I was really short on time but I needed to get some weights in. So, I did my own madeup workout of 2 rounds of upper body and core and 8 minutes of cardio. I'm so proud of myself.

Tomorrow I will jump on the Dec rotation.

Hi Shereta, good way to get the job done today!

Today was RWH Plyo Hiit one and Core one. The December rotation looks just right for me this month!
 
It is soo nice to see new people joining our little check in (we are the oldest/longest running check in that Cathe has, LOL), YAY!! for new people.

Today was different for me I went to the gym for my cardio workout and did a 10 min. warmup on the treadmill, followed by 12 min. of the elliptical, then 12 min. of the stationery bike then 8 minutes on the stair machine (next time I will do this first after the initial treadmill warm up), then finished with a 7 min. cooldown walk on the treadmill, so all in all ~50 minutes of a variety of cardio with hardly any rests inbetween other than so walk to the next machine.

Hi Everyone,

Rest day for me today. I am jealous of your workouts. I had a major final assignment to get in today + I've been a bit under the weather. nothing that apple cider vinegar cant fix but I felt sluggish this morning.

See you all tomorrow. My course is finished! finally. another one down.
