Good morning everyone....

Yesterday was the premix - Complete Core off CoreMax and StretchMax #3 - my rest day.

Today I will attempt BC for the first time. I have ditched the rotation I was going to do, it calls for IMAX1 but I want to do a circuit training w/o today.

Hope everyone has a great day!!! Back to work for me today after four days off. I'll be in mourning all day....:-(

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Today I will be dong MuscleMax and then some ab work. I am going to try to increase my weights again.

Mariangeles: Good to see you so early this morning. Great workout and diet!

Jane: Good Luck with BC - it will kick your butt! BUT, it is so much fun! I know what you mean about going to work...I tossed and turned all night - blech!

Hello to all that follow...have a great day!

Tammy

Good morning!

Mariangeles - you are doing so amazingly well on your workouts AND your diet! Well done:)

Jane - oh, you're going to love BC. It's so much fun!

Tammy - enjoy Muscle Max. I really like that one. Good luck on upping your weights.

Last night I did the Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge, followed by the leg drills.

Tonight is Step Blast and a segment of CoreMax.

It looks like we may FINALLY get some rain here. We need it badly. It's dry as a desert.

Good Morning Ladies!

Yesterday was SJP instead of PH. Decided I wanted some cardio too. Today is going to be...Hmmmm...Boot Camp or Power Hour...have not decided yet!

Have a great day everyone!:)

Good Morning!

Does it feel like a Monday or what? Hope you all had a fantastic weekend!

Today was CTX Step & Intervals and Cathe's May Rotation Back. This evening a run.

Have a great day!

Good Morning to all :)

I will be rethinking my rotation due to a return of Plantar Fasciitis. In the past (1999) I had to stop all high impact activity to get this under control. This is not going to go over well in my tennis leagues, nor does it sit well with me because I have been getting great results with high intensity interval cardio and running and KB cardios. I know rest is am important part of this recovery, so I must adhere to what is best in the long run x( x( x(

OK, everyone have a good workout day!

Hello everyone,

Tammy, I didn't make the hedge hogs again, but I made "forgotten cookies" (an American recipie) for afternoon tea, quesedilla's, chicken filet in pastry, salmon croissants and speedy nacho's to go with beer and wine, and for "dinner" we had a lovely focacia bread with minestrone soup and Dorset chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Definitely not a watch-my-food-day.

Carole, sorry you had a crappy run. Hate those, but they don't happen often do they?

Wendy, how is little Joey?

Mariángeles, are you enjoying you vacation?

Judy, maybe low impact makes for a nice change to let your Plantar Fasciitis heal?

As you may (not) know, I picked up our pup Spike last week. He's almost 8 weeks now. I've been taking him to my son's school to get him used to kids in all sizes :) And we've been taking him to the supermarket where we would let him stay with one of us outside to watch people, traffic, etc. He's also been to the neighbours, met a few other doggies and we've been getting him used to his crate in little steps. He loves the cats, thinks he can play with them, but the cats are not amused ;-)

Spike and I were just caught in a major rain shower. Poor thing refused to walk next to me under the umbrella. He did seem to like the rain though. He also loves people (men, women, children, it doesn't matter). Is not afraid of the garbage truck, thunder, cyclists, cars and shopping carts. Today, we're taking him to the train station to acqaint him with noisy trains and lots (!) of people. And we'll also take him on the bus later this week.

As of yesterday, we're teaching him to sit, come, follow to heel on the leash (Dutch versions of those commands ofcourse) and we're trying to make him understand "fetch". He's either not interested (his dad is a dachshund so it wouldn't surprise me a bit) or he just doesn't understand what it means when we roll a little ball a little bit away from him. We have managed to teach him to go after the ball and pick it up, then he drops it again and walks away x( Ah well, patience and time...... :) Naturally it's all done in a playful manner and only a few minutes at a time.

I did Muscle Max this morning. No strength loss, although I have cut back on strenth training for three weeks now. Surprising isn't it?

Have a great day,

Dutchie

:)

Good Morning Everyone!

Hope you all enjoyed the weekend!

This morning I did slow and heavy chest, triceps & abs, and a 30 minute premix allstep from StepBlast.
Maybe that will make up for shorter workouts over the Holiday!
Yesterday at a cookout (with the regular hotdogs, hamburgers, sausages, chips, cake and pie) , I didn't do too bad....had a turkey burger, and lots of watermelon and cantaloupe mixed......then did have a slice of key lime pie.:9 But it wasn't big and it WAS a Holiday!!!! :7

Have a great day everyone!!

Good Morning Fit Ladies,

As usual you are working out hard, and I am trying to keep up. This morning I did P90X Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps, and Plyo X. I have to back to work today, it feels like Monday! The good side that is that it will feel like a short week.

I wish all of you a fantastic week!

Good morning:

It seems to me the "short" work weeks take the longest! Man was it brutal to get out of bed at 4:45 after a 10:30 bedtime! Dang fireworks!

Today I did Rhythmic Step and CTX chest and back. My chest is completely fried. Didn't load up the barbell enough to get a good back workout, even though it was the weight Cathe was using.

RS is so fun! To think I didn't like it when I first got it! I couldn't handle the choreography, but not I love it!

Have a good day!

Good morning everyone! I'm on vacation today, although it probably won't be very relaxing since the guys are still working on the deck. (We got some rain yesterday, which cut into our deck-building - it always rains when you DON'T want it to!)

This morning I did Rhythmic Step for the first time ever and I loved it loved it LOVED IT! It was so much fun! I can't believe I actually got all the step combos down on the first try. This will definitely be a regular in my rotation. :D Since I just got the Rhythmic Step+ DVD on Friday, I have yet to try MIC or Interval Max, so I'm sure I'll be trying those sometime this week too. Fun fun fun!

Have a great day everyone! :)

Good morning,

My workout this morning consisted of SJP step; SuperSets. I love the Body Blast series. No matter how you mix it up, those workouts just make for a fun morning.

Jane - thanks for posting those TS details yesterday. Are you able to get through the push ups? Many people think they're her hardest push up segment (before the GS Chest workout came out).

Becky - nice to hear all about you! What date is your daughter's wedding?

Laurie - I hope your MIL's memorial service goes well today.

Carole - I think you're the first person I've read about who doesn't like the Buttercup song. What courage you have, to voice your opinion like that! :D

Christina - welcome to the daily check in!

Wendy - yup, I read your post. SJP is a fun workout!

Mariángeles - good luck on the clean eating. Make sure you're still getting enough calories to fuel your long workouts every day.

Dutchie - the food sounds amazingly divine!!! OMG, you must be a good cook! :9

Emily - you got your RS+ dvd on Friday? Does this mean it's no longer on backorder? I'm glad you loved it so much. And that's amazing you got it all down on the first try!! That's a challenging workout, choreographically speaking.

I may go bathing suit shopping this morning :( If you think it's bad trying on bathing suits, imagine doing it when you're 7 months pregnant x( Wish me luck.

Sandra

Sandra - I wish I could say it's not on backorder anymore. But I didn't order it from cathe.com. I got it used on the Ya-Ya Swap. I am too impatient to deal with backorders! ;) :p

In the words of the classic band, Queen, "I want it all, I want it all, I want it all, and I want it NOW!" ;)

Whhaaaa---???? Does that mean that RS+ is off of backorder finally? YIPPEE!!!! *whips out overused credit card*

Emily - we sure needed the rain yesterday. Luckily it stopped before the fireworks show.

Great workouts everybody!

Dutchie - Your puppy sounds SO adorable!!

This morning getting out of bed sounded about as appealing as dental work but I dragged my sorry butt out of bed and ran intervals on the track behind the high school. 4 intervals of 6-1 and an extra 4 minutes to get to my car keys!!

Have a great week, everyone!

Angie

Hi everyone, sorry so late, trying to catch up at work!

Great workouts all over the place here, we must be motivated by this great beach weather.

Today was Imax 3, major dread factor for me on this one, but I didn't cave on any of it! First time for that, so I give myself a pat on the back today. Also did a section of Ab hits.

Have a great day all!

Morning ladies! Well, yesterday I had SB on schedule, but Bootcamp was calling my name so I did that instead. Not nearly as much DOMS this time, so that's a good sign.
This morning was PUB followed by cardio only from All Step. My shoulders are on fire still. I may do some extra ab work tonight.

Well, last week I worked out extra hard and ate super clean all week (well, except I had a Bratwurst on Sunday night because we went to dinner at the in-laws). Anyway, I got on the scale yesterday morning and was shocked to see that I lost 5 pounds!!! Needless to say that has made me even more motivated to eat right and really get the most out of my workouts. I have to get this last 10 pounds off and then I'll be at my goal weight!:7 :7

Hope everyone has a great day!

Katie

Great workouts ladies- I did lowmax yesterday and ph. Today will be a treadmill run and later pub. I really have been neglecing my abs. I use to do 30 minutes a day and have been only doing ten! I wish there was another all abs dvd, I just hate changing dvd'd..lol is that lazy or what?! It feels like a monday and I feel sluggish, So I will get some energy as soon as I do my cardio. Have a great day everyone and a fast week!

Terri

hey ladies! how was you holiday?! mine was great until my stomach started protesting all i ate yesterday. :* not fun! i am eating clean with no cheating until at least the roadtrip! wish me luck!

today is hi/lo sjp and challenge from SB

jes:)

Hi all, I did PUB Biceps and Triceps since I spent yesterday helping dh put in a door and getting the opening ready to put in a new window which will have to be done today since we ran out of daylight.

I also am going to try this freestyle method for my legs so I just did the lunges and squats off of PLB with light weights, I know probably should have been more but I really had to pysch myself into doing just those. Legwork is NOT something I will long to do everyday, lemme tell you:eek: :+ :) .

I also did MIS abs and my new workout CIA's Kick Box Boot Camp cardio only not doing the core work. I still can't do some of the moves she has in that workout. I was dripping wet after I was done though (humm couldn't have been the rain shower and humidity we have not playing a part in that?!? ).

Anyway I am done for the day now.:7
