Hi good morning everybody. I fell better.Tomorrow I will try the basic step and body fusion dvd. I have to start slowly.Have a great Saturday everybody.

Mariángeles a spanish terminator junkie. :) :)

Good Morning Ladies.

Mariangeles-So glad to hear that you are feeling better. Glad to hear that you can begin to w/o again but that you are taking it slow. Good move. I hope everything is fine from now on for you.

I wasn't feeling creative last night so no mish-moshes for me...I got a later start than usual and was tired so that was a big part of the problem...I did Cardio and Weights in full for the first time. Very good work out!

Today is going to be all weights...Supersets again I think and then I will do all cardio tomorrow.

Next week I am going to try pub/plb for the first time but I am going to split the upper and lower body section out into 2 days. I hear so many great things about that work out. I can't wait to try it. I just hope it doesn't TOTALLY kick my behind! :p

Weight training pregnant is a challenge...not because it's more difficult really but because it's so much more time consuming...I have to make so many adjustments because I have to do all of the exercises that Cathe does lying down on an incline and I'm usually not prepared right away so I am constatnly on the pause and replay buttons of my dvd player. lol

Okay...I have babbled on enough...Have a great day everyone! :D

Have a great work out!

~Wendy~

Hi Mariangeles,

I am glad you are feeling better. I think basic step and body fusion are ideal recovery workouts. I have used these for recovery workouts in the past. Some of the firms are also good for that purpose. Let us know how you make out.

Wendy: Way to go girl, keepting up the routine while pregnant.

Last night:
I did High Step Challenge and the floor work from Legs and Glutes.

I pushed myself on the weights. Man, that rotator cuff work with the band is much tougher than it looks.

Today: I plan on LowMax, some upper body shoulder work (toss up between pyramid and Gym Style and one stretch max segment). Will post this evening after I finish working out.

Have a good workout and day everyone.

Hey, Ladies!

Mariangeles-That is smart to start slow. I am glad to hear you are getting better.

Wendy-I am so impressed by you, Lil' Momma!

Cathy-Great workout. I don't have the HardCore yet, but will soon.

Today is an off day. I am taking my son, niece, and nephew to the beach. We will go for walks and play football and stuff. So I will get some kind of exercise in.

Enjoy this beautiful day, Ladies!:)

Good morning everyone

Wendy: I can't believe you're working out through your pregnancy. All I did was eat and sleep! That would explain the 60 lb weight gain, I guess.

Cathy: Sounds like you worked HARD yesterday. Nice!

Carla: The beach? I'm SO jealous. The only thing we could do at the beach right now is look at the ice.

I'm going for a run this morning, wearing many, many layers. Later on I'm going to do some core work. I really need to get a couple of Cathe's weight workouts. Any suggestions?

It's sunny here today, but COLD. Hope y'all have a day full of sunshine. I'm sure I'll check back in later:)

Hi ladies,

Just finished L&G standing only, S&H Back&Biceps and 30 min on the elliptical.

Am now listening to my new cd Il Divo and have goosbumps all over. Those guys have amazing voices. Great music.

Have a great day,
Dutchie:)

Good morning ladies..

Thanks Shelley...a 60K walk for breast cancer is a wonderful thing to do...:)..Also, great job on the pikes in KPC!! Do you have any Cathe weight workouts yet or are you trying t decide which ones you want?

Sandra...Backpacking would be fun, some of my running friends have talked about doing it. No, I haven't done this one before, so no pics of me from last year! I registered 2 years ago, but ended up with a real bad flu bug the day before and couldn't make it. I've wanted to do this particular 50K for about 5 years. I am hoping for nice weather but I have trained and done some local races in the muddy wet conditions. We are having exceptionally nice weather here too, at least for awhile...:)

Dutchie...good workout, I did L&G too this week, but added the floor work too. I think my legs ran out of gas with those thigh sweeps...YEOW!!!

Laurie Mac...that is great about your sister!! It is really a good thing to have someone in the family to talk fitness with.

Jes...how was KPC with the heavier gloves?

Annette..hope you and your DH had a great evening out
alone...:)

Mariángeles...I am so glad you are feeling better. Yes, do take it slowly as not to re injure your back.

Wendy..PLB/PUB are really fun I think. I also think as long as you are feeling good thru your pregnancy its good for you to workout. You are doing an awesome job...:)

I am a bit sore from GS Back & Bicep yesterday. Awesome workout in the premix of just those 2 body parts. Today I'll do the HI/Lo from Hardcore Extreme, shoulders and chest from something, and 1 of the Coremax premixes.....have a great day....:)...Carole

Ciao tutti!

GS; BSB and C/T as well as CoreMax#2 are planned for this morning. I am determined to get in more weight training, and since I am really enjoying the GS series I am going for it!

Mariangeles: Glad to hear you are starting to feel better. Remember to take it slow.

Wendy: You will be amazed at how quickly your body recovers from pregnancy because you are continuing to exercise. I worked out during my last two pregnancies and recovery was quick.

Cathy: Enjoy Lowmax. I like that workout a lot.

Carla: Enjoy your day at the beach, sounds fun!

Charlotte: Rest days are important, enjoy your day!

Shelley: Have a good run. As for weight training dvds, I like the new GS and the slow and heavy series.

Dutchie: Good workout!

Carole: Wow! You have an awesome workout planned. I haven't even opened hardcore extreme yet.

Well, enjoy your Saturday!

Tammy

Hi everybody, and yes Carole, we had a nice time out with no boys!!

I did Cardio Kicks this afternoon so at least got my workout in.:)

Hope everybody else has a great day!!:7

Hi ladies,

Mariangeles - glad to hear you're feeling well enought to workout. Be careful, my back is still tight.

Wendy - I love PUB. For me, I think for the time spent, it delivers some of the best results.

Cathy - I enjoy Low Max, it's time well spent.

Carole - I you always have a good workout planned. You have more time than I do.

Dutchie - I love L&G and will sometimes go through it twice until is goes to the floor work. Then I add the outer thigh work.

To those I missed - hope your workouts went well!

Today I did GS back etc, abs from HSC, and a 4 mile run. I can really see an improvement in my strength. It's only the second time I've run on my ankle since I badly sprained it late last fall running.

Tracy

Hi, today was MM, a videotaped 1 hour step class from my gym in canada, and 30 minutes on the elliptical (helps my legs not get DOMS after a hard workout day) and coremax, and a good stretch with the band to finish it off.

Hello everyone - Posting late today! Today I went for a jog with a friend. We went a little over 5 miles, hard to guage on trails. It was beautiful outside! So glad to have a running partner. We are going to enter in our first race ever in two weeks! Its only a 5k, but should be quick and fun. Then a few weeks later is the 10K and on to our main goal the half marathon! I am so excited. I was going to put it off because of bad weather conditions, but now that she is running with me, it keeps me going - - :)

Sounds like everyone had great workouts and a few rest days too. I had mine yesterday, well sort of. I did a super slow jog with my dog for three miles - have to get the dog out or she goes crazy!

Talk to you all tomorrow, glad Mariangeles is feeling better and Wendy I think its terrific you continue to lift, I am sure its frustrating, but worth it!!

p.s. I am going to be ordering L&G and KPC this week! I just cannot resist any longer!:9
