Last evening: KPC (but at a lower intensity than I usually do becuase of the heat and humidity....draining).

Today: another scorcher on tap but it will be a rest day.

Good morning Mariangeles and Cathy -

Sorry you have to go back to work mariangeles. The first day is always the hardest.

Yesterday - pushmowed my yard, 2 1/2 hours and 1040 calories burned. I was beat!!

Today is circuit day but after DD and I move stuff to her new apartment all day today, I am going to have to come home and rake this yard.;( The grass was so thick, if it isn't raked, it will kill my grass (is this a bad thing?}( ) This will serve as my circuit w/o as I'll get lots of upper body work with the rake.

Good Morning Ladies!

IMAX is on tap for today in the aug 04 rotation. :eek: I have to attempt to do this all in one shot today w/o modifying it down to nothing. I don't know if I'll succeed, but I will try. If not, I'll split it up into 2 work outs for the day....I'd rather split it than modify it really drastically.

I don't have DOMS from L&G! I don't know if that's good or bad! LOL I really expected to be in pain...which would have made IMAX even HARDER so maybe the lack of DOMS will be a GOOD thing! :+

Tonight is MIL's for dinner. Last night was DH's and my weekly bowling "date"...

Wendy- I like your idea about IMAX. I'm sure soon you will get through it with out modifying or breaking it up.

Jane- That yard of yours really provides different workout oppurtunities! Isn't summer great?

Maringeles- I hope your transition back to work is smooth.

Cathy- Good idea to take it easy in the heat; that and lotsa agua!

Today? I golf walking all 18 in the heat. I figure that has to count for something. GS Back later & a Low Max premix for Cardio & legs.

Today my boys go back to school, so I get to focus on really getting my house cleaned before I go back to school.

Yesterday was Core Max 1 and a early quick run. Yup, I am gropping lately with my workouts as the garden, cleaning, unpacking and new flooring put in has left me feeling like the pillsbury doughboy! EW! So I am going to do three workout today:
200 walking lunges up the mountain again(8am)
KPC (9am)
PUB to the sounds of SugarCult(after I mow the grass)

I did S&H Triceps and Biceps this morning and I pushed myself hard, so I feel really accomplished.

Charlotte - I am really tempted to finally do 200 walking lunches

Judy - I really need to go play golf again, I miss it.

Wendy - I just did IMAX on Saturday and I had to modify a little bit, but not too bad. Hang in there you gonna make it.

Morning Everyone,

Day two of Aug05 rotation calls for Imax1 and 200 walking lunges. Yesterdays w/o was very doable. Doing 200 jumping jacks wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Not having to do any plyo was probably why. }( I also managed to do all 40 push-ups on my toes. I did 4 sets of 10. I wouldn't have been able to do them all in a row!

Good morning ladies,

Whew! Major soreness today after doing PS CST/BBA. I had split it up with part am/pm. Also I decided to do 100 situps! Well unless I get a thick mat I will not do that again! Let's just say, I have a raw tail bone! And I also did 40 pushups,but on the knees! I am so glad I dusted off PS, it felt good doing it!


Today will be L&G ankle wt. leg work (do twice), 7 mins. abhits.

Morning ladies. This morning I woke up feeling extremely nauseous, but I managed to get IMAX 3 done. Now I still feel crummy, but feel much better that my workout is done.

I did Step Blast this morning for the second time ever. I really like it! It is a bit trickier than most of her other wo's, but I got it! :)

Good morning all!

Everyone has some great workouts goin' on!

Yesterday was the first day of the March 2005 Hardcore Fat Loss rotation for me, so I did Imax 3 and segment 3 of Coremax.

When I get home from work, I'll do Musclemax.

It's a scorcher here again today, and it's not supposed to break until at least Sunday. I may have to do my running early in the morning on this rotation, as I can't run in the humidity.

Mariangeles - how long were you on vacation?

Jane - Wow - 1040 calories! That's amazing! You should count that as "Mowmax"

Wendy - good luck with Imax! You can do it:)

Judy - sounds like you have a full day. Good luck walking the course in the heat!

Carla - your boys are going back to school already? When did they finish?

Charlotte - you're a machine!

great workouts today...

Jane...you must be worn out from push mowing your lawn!! I agree about the raking, good for the upper body.

Judy...You are doing some creative freestlying exercises..:)...I have to say the only golfing I ever thought was fun was miniature. I do know alot of people that like regular golf too..

Jes...have fun at the Gym...:)...

Katie...wow...you did Imax3 when you were a bit nauseated?...that is a tough one.

I'm doing a 6 mile run, freestyle legs, chest & back and maybe some abs. My stomach was a bit sore yesterday from my fall sunday. I believe I might have bruised some ribs on my right side. They feel better today but the only abs exercises that don't hurt are the lower abs ones...:)...

Good Morning Ladies,

You rock, there are some awesome workouts going on, but mow max that is tough! My confession, I had a glass of wine with dinner last night, it was grilled shimp with grilled sparagus, they tasted good because my boyfriend had coated with ceasar dressing, he didn't let me see that because he thinks that I am a weirdo!

This morning it was Core Synergistics, last week of P90X, Woo HOO!
