I did Step & Intervals this morning.

Tammy - thanks for the reply about the HC rotation. I've considered doing that as my post-partum rotation. Glad to see that it actually delivers what it promises! You must be very pleased. And thanks for the good wishes. It gets harder by the day to motivate myself to get out of bed at 5:30am to workout, but I'm doggedly determined to remain committed to exercise. I have had much fewer pregnancy complaints this time, due to exercising, I'm sure.

Jes - tell us about the gym! How was it?

Jane - wow! PushMax is definitely an effective workout!

Katie and Carole - recover soon! Hats off to you, Katie, for pushing through an interval workout while nauseated. Carole, I went back and read your Sunday post. That was quite a fall you had; and the "swim" for the water bottle cracked me up. That bottle must be quite meaningful to you!

Wow I'm late here today. I'm doing sort of a modified August 05 rotation. I'll pick & choose workouts 3-4 days a week. Can't really do much more w/ my toddler running around and everything else that needs to get done. So, I did BC twice and survived! Not so bad. I was feeling the burn by the second round of squat thrusts and I was soaked like I had taken a shower. I feel good now, so will see what I am up to tomorrow if anything. Have a great day ladies :)

Must have been all of the good vibes you ladies were sending me because I made it all the way through IMAX 2!!! WOO HOO! :7 :7 :7 I modified a bit ofcourse, but not too much! It was tough tough tough, I tell ya and I was dripping with sweat by the end!
I'm sooo proud! :p :+

Today will be my second day of Aug 05 rotation. Laurie Mac I too found yesterdays WO to be very doable. Jacks wre a bit hard on my knees but I got through them. Push ups I enjoy so it was a piece of cake. OOOPS did I say cake :) Carole I am sorry to hear about your fall. Feel better soon. Take care of those ribs. Jess why did you decide to go back to the Gym? Just something different? Great work outs ladies!

Hello to all:

Just saw the rotation last night, as we were traveling on vacation. I missed out on Bodymax, but will put that in after the 4 weeks are complete and before Cathe posts September.

So I did IMAX 1 and 200 stationary lunges (not enough room for walking ones).

Sandra: I can't believe you are getting so close! I'm so impressed with your workout schedule. I was THE biggest slug during my pregnancies. Working all day and chasing an 18-24 month old was about all I could handle on my second one!

I gained about 2 pounds on vacation. Couldn't have been the pie, ice cream, mexican food, and french toast now, could it have been?

;-) }( I need this August rotation!
 
Hi Everyone, I'm checking in quickly (and late!) today. This morning I did MIC hi/lo and then CTX biceps and abs.

Busy time around here but I've been peaking in to see what's up around here.

Carole, sounds like quite a tumble you took! You're such a trooper!! Sorry you got hurt but I'm sure you've thought that it could have been worse. Whenever I fall I find that I replay it over in my head too much. The trouble with rib injuries is that they only hurt when we breath.

Nice job on IMAX2 Wendy, such a fun workout!!!:)

Sandra, you sure are hanging in Girl, Step & Intervals is a great cardio w/o.

Gotta get to work!

hey all! i went to the gym and did all the machines. my back didn't bother me a bit. i also got on the recumebnt bike and was suprised how well it got my heart rate up. tomorrow i will remember my HRM so i can see how well it is working. then i came home and did the floor work from Legs and Glutes. Pool time.

Had L&G ankle wt. section to do today (twice!) Did it with ankle weights on both times. Boy will I have some DOMS tomorrow! Still have abhits to do.

Just finished raking my yard. Took 1 hour 40 minutes. I will not let this yard go like this again!!! It has just been soooo hot here.
