Question for all of you who do not eat the whites anymore... sugars, white flour, potatoes. I just started cutting these out of my diet last week and have had amazing results (lost 5 lbs in a week). I realize that you are automatically giving yourself a calorie cut, but do you find in the long run that it really helps to keep the fat off? Its really hard to do (my kids are already complaining... LOL) and I guess I'm just looking for some encouragement. Thanks all!
