I have purchased so many of your videos & DVDs and recently found one that did not work. I'm so dismayed with how poor SNM is with handling this. I'm very frustrated and thought you should know.

I too have a DVD that does not work. Its is teh Supersets/PushPull DVD and it won't advance past the music/voice selection menu. How did you get in touch with SNM? Do you have an email address for them?

I understand your frustration. However, I have had dealings with the customer support in the past and have found them always to be great. One time I had a VHS tape that did not have sound, only the picture, and I called them and they shipped me another one within a few days. They did not even make me return the old one. Maybe it's just a slight oversight. I have been ordering Cathe tapes for years and have never had a problem. I hope you resolve everything with them. Good luck. :)
 
I too, have had nothing but good things with the Customer Support. I ordered the PUB/PLB DVD and what I got was IMAX2/CW. I let them know via email and they told me to keep the DVD, since it was their error and they sent me the correct DVD. I am a supervisor at a Help Desk, for IT, and I know how frustrating it can be when you have poor support, but in Cathe's case, this is not so. Email them and work with them, they will resolve your issues.
