Customer Service will be slower than normal for the next several weeks as filming of the Intrensity series is now under way. It is much better to email us than to call our #800 number as we can answer emails during the night and during breaks. We will have some behind the scenes pictures and more information on the new workouts shortly.

Thanks for the info! I have been getting excited about the new workouts, & I am glad to know we will be getting little "teasers" in the meantime. I guess I had better get off my butt & do Interval Max to try to be (hopefully a little more) ready for Imax 2!
