Would love to hear everyone's weights that are in Meso 3.
I guess I just want to know where I am in the mix, I know I am lighter than some and being a bit competitive and thought it would be fun to compare:

here's a few of my weights I've used in the 3rd week of meso 3.

chest press:72
back:68

shoulder front raise: 34
rear delt: 10

tri xbody: 14

bicep curl (bb) 42
bi cons. curl 17

I could do more, but don't have a squat rack yet. I don't know how much more...probably not that much more...yet.
squats: (squat rack) 72
deadlifts: 72
front squat: 48
static lunge: 48
