Another one who heard about Cathe through Collage. I had been doing home step tapes (Gin Miller's Reebok series and a little pre-GT Firm) and wanted more advanced cardio. I bought a two-pack of Max Intensity Cardio and Max Intensity Strength. MIC laid me out - that workout still kicks my butt - but I fell in love with Cathe workouts the first time I did MIS. This must have been in the late 1990s, as MIS/MIC were released in, what, 1997 or 1998?
