CTX Upper Body Split Oh My!!

Did this for the first time this morn. and now I am having a hard time typing and a super hard time lifting my darn coffee cup }( !!! Tried to keep up with Cathe on the wts but just couldn't do it with some of the exercises. But I realize now that is OK :D . anyone elses upper body scream after this one??

This is a toughie. She just never lets up on all the reps. I love it when she says, "Gettin' a little tired, aren't yah". Keep up the good work, you should feel so accomplished-as Cathe puts it.

That is my killer upper body workout - much harder for me than either Pyramid Upper or Pure Strength. Maybe it's the combination of exercises, and the fact that you work each muscle group to absolute quivering failure. I'm always sore after this one.
 
Hi Catherine!!

This is one of my favorite upper body workouts!! I always get great results when this is in my rotation. My triceps always get so fried after this one.

I agree- My triceps were sooooooo tight after this morning. I have to say more so than the rest of my upper body but shoulders and chest feeling it too. By the time I got to biceps I thought I can't even pick up my barbell!!!

I just got this on DVD so I'm not sure it's the same but I used to set all my VHS tapes to the weight segments & do them in a row sans the ab routine. I've always thought it was the best! To me it was much tougher than PUB. That's why I took the plunge & bought the DVD to replace my tapes.

i only have shoulder woek from that series b/c it's on allstep vhs. it's a killer! if all the parts are worked out as long and hard as the shoulders....ouch!

Okay, so you guys have convinced me I need to buy this workout. Someone commented that they don't know if it's on the DVD...??? Please tell me that it is. If not, is it only on VHS? If it is, then I guess that's what I'll buy.
 
I agree - this is one tough workout. I was surprised how tough it was the first time I did it. I think it is the toughest Cathe upper body workout.
