I've really been enjoying your CTX Series!
I've just gotten back into lifting weights, and wanted to know...re: the ctx series...how long (weeks etc..) should I do it, before i need to consider changing rotations to a different type of workout? I really love the CTX because it's so time efficient (love that one hour factor!
) and am able to hit all the body parts in one week plus cardio!
I have all your tapes except for the S&H series.
