CTX Rotation: How long ?

Hi Cathe :)

I've really been enjoying your CTX Series! :)

I've just gotten back into lifting weights, and wanted to know...re: the ctx series...how long (weeks etc..) should I do it, before i need to consider changing rotations to a different type of workout? I really love the CTX because it's so time efficient (love that one hour factor! ;) ) and am able to hit all the body parts in one week plus cardio!

I have all your tapes except for the S&H series.

Hi Beanqueen! Due to the variety in this series, you can do this for quite some time before your muscles get too used to it. I suggest doing it as long as you are enjoying it and seeing impressive results. If you get to a point where the workouts are not nearly as challenging as they once were and/or if you are experiencing any signs of odd pains here and there, then switch over to another rotation for a while. Have Fun!

gee...i hope you can maybe make another series similar to this :)...it's great to be able to just flip on the video... and know i'm getting a great total body workout each week, and under one hour, daily!! woohoo!
