Does anyone have any suggestions for modifications to the first sections of Power Circuit where Cathe does the double grapevines and eight steps forward?? I don't have enough space to do those! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't have a suggestion for the double grapevines (I just do baby ones), but for the eight steps back and forth, I walk for 4 and march in place for 4. Hope this helps!

Isn't it annoying when so much room is used in a video? Who has that much space to work out at home??
Well, enough griping: for the double grapevine, I've done a "baby step" grape vine, as has already been suggested. You could also do a grapevine and add on a 4-count move of your choice, or invention!: for example: grapevine to the right, step forward left foot right knee up, step back right foot left knee up. Or a grapevine with two jacks.
For the eight steps forward, I concentrate on the vertical and do four steps at 1/2 the pace of the 8 steps, bringing my opposite knee high on each step.

You can do like Cathe does in the sections after an interval in Imax, that's two grapevines, and two walk-turns. Just turn behind your step. Or...when I used to work out in my living room, I would do the double grapevines diagonally, even if it meant grapevining into a hallway! There's always a way!

I do six legs and one jumping jack. The pendulum leg move is in Power Max I think and Cathe does it across the step. I have found this to be a great and intense substitute not to mention a heck of a lot more fun than a simple grapevine.

Take care, Cyndie
