CTX or PS Series Rotation better for mostly Fat Loss??

Hi Cathe,

I was working out like a madwoman with your tapes at the beginning of the year, very consistently. I was at 118lbs. and 16% body fat. But now, only 7 months later.....due to stopping working out regularly, and eating alot more junk.....I have gained about 8lbs. of fat, gone up 2 sizes and lost most all of my definition!! I can still feel my muscles underneath - just that I am all "soft" now!! So I know that I have to just burn off that layer of fat. :-( I have been designing rotations to begin again. I am ready to get back to my usual, healthy, strong, fit, and beautiful body!! And quickly. My question is to get back into my "program" for great results, would you suggest using a rotation of the 6-Pack of CTX tapes first or do a PS Series rotation with a cardio day in between? I guess my main goal right now is to burn off the layer of fat while toning, then I can focus on building some muscle. Since the CTX tapes are more endurance and the PS tapes are heavier........what would give me the best results at the point I'm at now? A little confused.

P.S. I have Cardio Kicks, Circuit Max, and lots of step tapes for my cardio.

I forgot to add in my message.....could you help me with like 3 weeks for a plan? Just wondering if I should switch with one week of CTX, then one week of PS, etc????

I'm not Cathe, but I thought I'd tell you my personal experience with CTX. I went on a one month rotation with CTX and I just got off of it last weekend. Now, I don't have the PS Series(my hubby says on payday I can order them!), but I decided to start my new rotation with BodyMax. Was I shocked! I lifted heavier and didn't feel like I couldn't do anything for the rest of the day! CTX increased my strength and I lost 2lbs and 2 3/4in off my body! I'm not going to tell you to do CTX, because I can't compare it to PS, but I got pretty good results using them:)!
 
If I were in your shoes and trying to get back on track..

....I would start with CTX, no question!!! They are so well designed, that you just line them up and do them!!! They have everything....cardio, weights, and good ab workouts. You will like them, and will get good results. I love them, and think they are the best thing Cathe has done.

I'm actually now in a position to throw in my 2 cents here...

I just finished my first week of CTX after a few months of doing some Firm, Karen Voight, MIC, MIS and BMAX. I wasn't really expecting much to change, since this routine brought me to a weight I was already happy with, and dimensions that I figured were getting close to "normal" for me...

Anyway, I just did a weigh-in and measurements, and I'm UP a pound, but DOWN a half inch in bust and waist - the first time my waist measurement has budged in weeks! So, I don't care about the gain - if that means I've traded muscle for fat, that's fine with me. So based on my brief experience so far, I'd say you'll get some fat loss from this series!

For a couple of weeks I have been doing the CTX rotation in the am and the same body part from PS Series in the pm.I have been doing this every other week. On alternate weeks I have been doing Cathe`s Cardio Kicks,Circuit Max and Body Max plus weights daily and three more days of cardio.It is fun and I seem to like to have a regular routine to follow. I just think that when I do weights in the evening it keeps my metabolism up. lol,Val
