Does anyone out there have a list of CTX Exercises, in order, by video? That they could cut and paste or are willing to type out? I would like to make a set of workout log cards to track my poundages per exercise...static lunges, squats, side laterals etc.
Or is this info available somewhere on Cathe's site?
Getting back into things after childbirth & it's been a while! This would save me some time having to sit & watch each of the video's, fast forwarding, pausing, etc.
