WOW! I did this tape for the first time yesterday and today I am sooo sore. My biceps are miserable, my sides are sore and my butt is even sore. YEA!! Something must be working. What a great tape. I got through it, but had to modify one little part on the planks where you lay belly up pushing up with your arms. I thought this isn't so bad. HA HA! Cathe says lift one leg off the ground! I did this for a second and had to go back to the regular position. Those are tough. Oh, and then when she has you go back and hover above the ground with your upper body and spread your arms out. Did that for only about 5-6 seconds. This gives me something to work toward.
