CTX Kickbok: Somebody pray for me!

Y'all should have warned me. I can barely move today! LOL!
The tape looked so *easy* when I previewed it, but I cannot believe how sore my upper body is --and I didn't do all of the biceps workout (no barbell) and NONE of the core/abs. How does anyone does the entire tape in this series?

Looks like today is a rest day or I'll use an easier Kathy Smith or Jane Fonda tape.
 
Kimba - I know how you feel girl! After I did my first kickboxing - I could hardly move the next day - my upper body was in pain - especially the muscles in my back. I thought the same when I previewed it - that it didn't look hard at all. Whew was I wrong

Think how strong we're gonna get now!
 
Hi Kimba, I love the CTX series, the cardio is shorter but the intensity, whoa baby!! Cardiokicks is my favorite tape, so when I got to this CTX series, I figured, oh, piece-a-cake, yeah, right.........it's so much shorter than Cardiokicks, but seemed so much longer! I had to go check the time on the VCR, "What?? Only 23 minutes went by?? Oh, that just cant be?!! I survived, and now just love these tapes.Like any of Cathes tape, you build your endurance, and will make it all the way thru in no time!! Have fun! Judy
