CTX still worth the money. Any of the cardios can be used as add ons. Two of them back to back makes for one incredible cardio session. the Leaner legs workouts is still tough, still fabulous and very quick and dirty and to my mind, has not been superceded. The CTX upper body work can be found elsewhere I suppose since it is largely endurance but it comes with every day's workout anyway so, use it!
Pure Strength has been replaced by GS series. Don't waste your money.
The impact issue: the impact work in the CTX cardios is not nearly as bad as any of the impact work in any of the Imaxes, two of which come later than CTX, nor than Kick Max, Drill Max, MB2 or Cardio Fusion which are Cathe's latest. Let's face it: unless Cathe specifically makes a low impact workout, like LIC and Low max, it will have a fair amount of impact in it. The decision to buy CTX based on the impact of the cardio is the same as the decision to buy any other cathe cardio, except LIC and Low Max basically.
