CTX and either S+H or GS, help!

I am getting CTX and will spend about another 50. S+H or GS Back, Sh, Bi and Chest Tri are on the short list. The thinking is that I don't have any split routines. I have just been doing one or two upper body parts per day from whatever body part chapter from PH, BM, BM2, MIS and sometimes from LIC, DM.

So, should I go for SH or GS or will CTX satisfy the focus on one body part per day and get an IMAX or Kickboxing w/o?
Between SH and GS, which will give me better results?

Drill Max

Cardio Fusion
Cardio Hits
LIS and Body Fusion

I think you should definitely get the Gym Style workouts! It'll definitely kick your strength training up a notch. Make sure to purchase a band if you don't already have one, the band sections are great!
