CTX and 4DS rotation

I was wondering if anyone has ou knows a rotation using the CTX series and the 4 Day Split series...

I just remembered mixing them together would be fun

I loved to do this as well! I love 4DS & recently got CTX but haven't done it due to an injury I got soon after it arrived ! I am eager for the new DVD's but would still like to see a rotation of these two series if anyone has one

That's why I asked if anyone knew one...I have 4DS and got CTX about 2 weeks ago and thought it would be fun to use both series together

Here are 2 rotations that use the DVD's you have. Perhaps just alternate one week from them:

April 03 - uses CTX for week 3
Nov 07 - uses 4 DS
