I've got this on my rotation for tomorrow but I don't have it. I don't really know what's in this premix.

Can anyone suggest a similar replacement?

I've got MM, GS, 4DS, BM2, LIC, DM, C&W, SJP.

I agree...BM2 Double Upper Body would be a good sub. For a bit longer workout, the upper body premix from 4DS.

There's a "Cathe's Weights Worksheets.xls" and "Cathe's Weight Worksheets.doc". Both have all the exercises in every Cathe workout DVDs with rep count, rep speed and weights used by Cathe. One is an Excel spreadsheet and the other is a Word document.

Look at the CTX Parts tab (in the Excel spreadsheet) and I bet you can do your own CTX Upper Body workout following the list.
